“As first time buyers, having the experience of Hemel Shah from John Charcol was invaluable. He was on hand right from the start helping us understand how much we could borrow. Each time we found somewhere we wanted to put an offer on, we would send the details to him first and he would be on hand to assist. Half way through the process my wife got a new job and initially I thought this would be an issue with lenders, but Hemel found us a great deal without any trouble. His service has always been quick, efficient and friendly. I can't recommend John Charcol or Hemel enough. We will use their services again in future.”

“They were efficient, patient answered all my questions and didnt make me feel as though they were just trying to sell me something i didnt want.
