We received excellent service from Nicky Agra, he was very professional and helpful throughout our remortgage especially as we had very tight timescales. “To be honest, when I started my search and advice for a re-mortgage I had not heard of John Charcol. I contacted them through IFA recommendation. What seemed a very tricky situation to un pick became very easy and they removed much of the stress which I was feeling (wife about to give birth to twins!). Special thanks to Megan Betts who not only did a great job for us but did it in a very personable and empathetic way. Its Friday @ 15.41, have a great weekend....we will!”

“Randeep Sodhi supported me throughout the process of my re-mortgage and has gotten me a fantastic rate for the next two years. It was lucky he did one last check of the markets before I committed as he managed to find a much lower rate - make sure your adviser does this. Thank you and I'll be back in 2yrs!”
