“Hi, I would like to say massive thanks to Angela who helped us from day one until we got our mortgage. Thanks to you guys, we now have a new home. We were told it was going to be difficult by a lot of mortgage brokers with husband working overseas. But with the expertise and very friendly staff you have, especially, Angela, we now have our new home. she explained everything and made sure we were happy with the package and service provided. “Very proactive and helpful, always pleasant and friendly communications. Use of convenient ways to contact e.g. texts for quick updates, e-mails for more weighty matters. Mostly took the pain out of filling in forms. There were a couple of times where better knowledge of the requirements would have reduced my workload and the overall time taken or where data already gathered could have been used rather than needing to provide it again.”

“Riza and Alex from John Charcol sorted out a pretty complex re-mortgage on a buy-to-let property with minimal fuss after a previous broker had failed to arrange a mortgage.
