“Hayley Tutton was extremely helpful and provided a very good level of service to me during my remortgage. I had a bad experience with a broker last time I remortgaged my property but Hayley has helped to restore my faith in mortgage brokers. I found the process stressful at times but Hayley's calm manner was much appreciated at these difficult times particularly as the stress was not something that Hayley had any control over.”

“I have to say that the service provided by your staff Haylay Tutton and Dan Collis was by far the best service I have ever received. They are absolute stars in your company and their commitment to complete my case was just extraordinary. They are really committed to their work and the things that they do going an extra mile for their customers is just brilliant. I will be grateful to them until I die. I am just lucky to come across such professionals. Their communication skills are absolutely brilliant and they always complete everything on time and keep their customer informed.”

“Having been put in touch with Simply Finance for a Buy to Let Mortgage I was able to let them deal with everything. A few phone calls was all it took, the rest of the process went through without a hitch. Access to the website plus emails and texts keep you informed every step of the way. Excellent service.”

“Wanted to say that I have been very impresessed with your service. My initial contact was with Jake and I did mess him around a bit at the beginning by asking him quite a few different scenarios of how we wanted to do the financing and he had to do several quotes. Jake was very patient and very efficient. Helen Butler and Sue were great in chasing things up and keeping me informed in what was going on. With some companies, it is hard to get hold of people but with Simply Finance, the phones were answered very quickly and was able to speak to who I needed. I would definitely refer you to friends.”

“Very impressed by service by Michael Nicholson who was my contact at Simply Finance . Very professional, friendly and efficient service I was very impressed that although unable to help at the present time due to current mortgage deal constraints, Micheal went out of this way to help me on a related issue on how best to deal with my current circumstances. From what I have experienced so far I would have no hesitation in returning to Simply Finance when my current deal ends.”

“Excellent service from Dave Cornford who was my contact at Simply Finance..always prompt to reply to queries and very helpful, friendly and efficient. “Our broker, Celeste, was excellent - very well informed and helpful. Unfortunately when the case moved out of her hands and onto the 'processing' team it was a pretty painful experience. Things moved very slowly, they didn't keep me updated with progress and I ended up having to do all of the chasing to keep things moving at the right pace - I was effectively doing the job I had paid them to do!”

“Simply Finance are the best mortgage advisors I have ever dealt with and their fee is well worth paying. They endlessly search the market for the right product for you and have never let me down in all the re-mortgages and new mortgages I have arranged through them re my property portfolio and private property. Although I paid a lifetime fee to another mortgage brokers who shall remain nameless, they were so hopeless that I lost a property. This would never happen with Simply Finance, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Simply Finance.”
