“Steve was excellent with our remortgage, despite difficult requests from underwriters he was able to come up with quick solutions and his response times were outstanding. We liked the fact that he contacted us regularly and kept us updated. I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Finance to people I know, intact we have decided that Steve is our preferred Broker. “I found my advisor extremely helpful and quick to respond. Overall I am pleased with the outcome, although I was disappointed to have been given an initial property value indication which turned out not to be accepted by the surveyor leading to having to alter my application to a different type of mortgage. Having overcome this difficulty though everyone dealing with my case has kept me informed and the whole process has been quite smooth and stress free.”

“Staff are vey courtesy , polite and Nahid is very good as provides regular updates which keeps me informed of progress along the way, which prevents any unecessary delays. For me, being updated and quick response I feel is providing an excellent service and why I continue to instruct Simply finance to manage our business, primarily buy to let mortgage s. Also, would like to add, Tev is also very knowledgeable and on the few occasions I have spoken with him has also been very good. On that note, I would like to say thank you for yet again providing a very good service., and hope this is feedback to the staff.”

“ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE. 5 MONTHS AFTER MAKING OUR APPLICATION FOR A MORTGAGE AND VERY LITTLE RESPONSE, THE BROKER HAS BUGGERED OFF TO DUBAI AND SOMEONE HAS CANCELLED OUR APPLICATION AND NO-ONE CAN TELL US WHY, SO HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. CERTAINLY NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.”
