“Sarah is absolutely fantastic, I would never go to anyone else for mortgage quotes. Although we lost out on the property, I know exactly what we can do for the next one which comes up and this will give me bargaining strength in the property market. thank you Sarah for your swift responses and the way you grasped our rather complicated set up so quickly was brilliant.”

“I was looking for a buy to let mortgage, life insurance and landlord insurance. From day one simply finance took care of everything and kept me updated via phone and E mail. Every department had the same attitude and treated me as if I was a special customer. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand, which was helpful as these things can be quite daunting to most people. A special thank you to Sarah Crampton - Bardon who talked me through everything and Gemma Khan who also kept me updated throughout there are other individuals who also gave their time , my apologies for not naming you all. I would recommend Simply Finance to anyone, they made the whole process stress free and would always call back as promised. Nothing was too much trouble. I would suggest a few companies take a look at how Simply Finance operate and take a leaf out of their book. Keep up the good work.”

“I have nothing but praise for Penny Howes my mortgage adviser, I was going through a really bad time in my life engaged in a bitter divorced. She helped me get two mortgages as I did not buy the first property, she understtod my circumstances and was calm and patience with me, also coming up with useful suggesstions when I finally found a home I wanted to buy.”
