“Our mortgage advisor, Angela Darko at JC was simply amazing at managing what was a complex situation for our successful mortgage arrangement. The process was quick, and what impressed me most was the level of communication and account management that Angela provided. We always felt that we had strong visibility of the best rates and advice on the right provider to go with. Without hesitation, I would recommend John Charcol, and plan to use them again for our next investment.”

“Tim Ward of John Charcol arranged our mortgage and he was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. He understood exactly what we required and organised everything for us and took all the stress and hardwork away from us. He was always contactable and even though our house buying process took six months in the end due to the chain falling through twice he often contacted us to find out how were doing and helped us sort out a very good house insurance quote as well. He arranged our formal mortgage offer incredibly fast and we would highly recommend him and John Charcol.”

“The company's representative was honest straightforward and did what he said he would do. Re-mortgage was arranged efficiently and painlessly. Company kept us informed of progress on a regular basis and took care of the odd hiccup saving us the trouble. All in all a very good pro-active service provider who has access to mortgage rates not found on line.,”

“This is the 2nd time I have arranged a mortgage through John Charcol with Jyotin Bonomallyram and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Nothing has been too much trouble and the whole process has gone smoothly. I have received sound advice and I have finished up with the right product for me. “I recently completed a 3rd transaction in less than a year with Hemel Shah at John Charcol for a residential mortgage. In each case, Hemel has been proactive, knowledgeable, and responsive. He's always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. In the last transaction, we were working under very short timelines, and he ensured that all of the financing was in place very early on, and this was incredibly re-assuring. Would highly recommend Hemel as a mortgage broker. I have high expectations for all professional advisers I deal with, and Hemel never fails to deliver.”

“I cannot recommend Sarita Varma enough; she has brokered three mortgages for me and every time she really has gone above and beyond to secure, negotiate and arrange everything. She is also fantastic at being a calming and steady voice of reason when estate agents, buyers and sellers apply the pressure to ensure their own interests are looked after. She is always contactable, highly organised and persistent in getting what you need.”

“I received excellent help, support and service from John Charcol. Hemel Shah was extremely professional and friendly; not only did he guide me through the process, he provided assistance and help on the more general subject of mortgages and various insurance policies. There were many times I simply asked a question and I had a very fast reply from Hemel, really excellent support. He gave me a range of mortgage options and helped me understand the pros and cons to each of them. I would recommend the company and Hemel without hesititation.”
