I have just bought several rolls of Sanderson wallpaper from Jane Clayton online.This was my first purchase from the company. My initial enquiry was speedily dealt with, in fact I received my wallpaper the day after I ordered it. It can't get better than that ! Furthermore, I had been advised by a decorating shop that the wallpaper I wanted was no longer available and had been discontinued. Jane Clayton found it. I bought it. Fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant company. Great selection of products and customer service is first class! So good to find a company that sells quality products and also follows through with great service Forts class all round!

Wallpaper delivered on time however as per other customer reviews, very disappointed that I was left with a roll costing £90 that I was unable to return!! When I rang customer service I was told that I could have reserved a roll instead of buying it. Why I wasn’t told this at the time of buying (as I would have taken this option ). Instead I was told to buy at the time as batches may be different!! I’m left now out of pocket and with an unopened roll which is useless. Because of the cost of the wallpaper, I rang the company where the product was dispatched from Roma, but they said to contact the supplier themselves Jane Clayton. No joy as they “Jane Clayton “don’t accept rolls back. Why? It’s 2021 and I find it hard to believe that this is going on. It’s a product that as a customer you always go over rather than under, and so this company are using this to keep customers money!!! There are many designer wallpaper suppliers on the internet and my advise would be to give this company a miss. Shop elsewhere and don’t lose your hard earned money!!!!!!!

Very happy with the wallpaper I purchased. Not happy at all with their return policy. I find it hard to believe in this day and age a company refuses to take back unused rolls of wallpaper especially considering I paid £88.00 a roll! This has put me off using them again.

Unfortunately I used their wallpaper calculator and ended up with two rolls of wallpaper over amounting to over £100 They recommended 4 rolls with no excess so I ordered 5 in case as you need to have the same batch numbers. Turned out we only needed three!! When I asked to return them they said they do not take part returns! So beware in what you order! Disappointed in their returns policy and had I of realised I would of ordered off another company that accepts part return as many do! After explaining I used their calculator they have apologised and will take the return so happy customer!

Really disappointing returns policy. I have bought over 50 samples from Jane Clayton before purchasing wallpaper rolls and have had no issue up to now. For personal reasons, I wanted to return the rolls and purchase new ones after 21 days, but I am outside the 14 days so they have refused my return request. Given how flexible all other companies are being during COVID times, I am extremely disappointed and now out of pocket. Do not bother using these guys for anything other than samples if you want to be treated like a human being.

Thank you for your feedback Kate, we are very sorry that you are disappointed in our returns policy but we do try to make this as clear as possible on our website for our customers. We are always happy to accept back returns on full orders of returnable wallpaper within the 14 day time period.

It has proved impossible to get an update on my order. Emails go unanswered and phone calls go straight to answer phone. I'm cancelling my order on the assumption that they're out of the stock I want.

Whilst most of my order arrived very quickly, the curtain track has still not arrived, despite customer services telling me that I would receive it last week. I'm not sure what to do now. It isn't clear when it will arrive, if at all. I now can't get hold of anyone by email or phone. I ordered it 11 January, now it is 9 February.

Great website and the measuring calculator is really helpful and ordering is really easy. The only let down for me was the delivery. Using the UPS tracking feature it told me that delivery would be Tuesday end of the day. However, the delivery website then updated at lunch time to Wednesday end of day, no reason given. Delivery was made at 3pm on Wednesday. So, for me, delivery was a bit hit and miss.
