“We ordered two cushions and a set of full length curtains in November from William Morris Brer Rabbit linen in colour Flax. The cushions arrived after a couple of weeks and were beautiful. We were informed that the curtain fabric was out of stock and we would have to wait until April so we decided to wait. When the curtains arrived the fabric was not the same as the cushion ( or the orginal swatch) and had fading all over it, the background colour did not have the correct depth of colour. I have tried to complain to you about this and to check your QC on the fabric but have been told it is perfectly OK and you will not do anything about it. We waited so long and now are so upset about this.”
