“The order was processed quickly and accurately. I did find trying to get hold of people to ask questions prior to placing the order rather a slow process - often being put on hold for a long time to then go through to answer phone, having to wait a day or more for a response by phone or email. Generally didn't feel like as a 'prospective' customer I was too important - but having placed the order the service improved dramatically. This is probably not the fault of Jane Clayton but the couriers notifications were not accurate - one item arrived a day earlier than they said!”

“Website was very good and easy to negotiate. Asked for samples of various wallpapers which helped greatly (especially during the pandemic) and subsequently bought for various rooms. Wallpaper arrived promptly, well protected and waiting for our decorator! Great service and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely use Jane Clayton & Co again.”
