“The quality of the wallpaper we purchased was very good. We are very happy with how it looks. However the delivery was late meaning the decorator we booked had to be postponed and we incurred a fee for this. When I enquired about our late item I was told that due to Covid, deliveries would be taking longer than normal - I completely understand and appreciate this however it should have been made clear at the time of purchasing so we could accommodate the extra time and not make arrangements. Given the delivery fee is £6.95 it would have been nice to be told about delays.”

“during lockdown i have sourced material for and made new curtains for my refurbished house. the website has been very helpful and the samples arrived very quickly and proved to be identical to the pictures. the discounts obtained helped a lot and i have been very impressed with the customer service and delivery times.”

“I wouldn’t order from them again! For the fact it recommends to order an extra roll for safety and to ensure to have the same batch number. Then to find out the roll of paper unused cannot be returned because it’s not the whole order is very very disappointing.”
