“Blinds were of excellent quality, but one of the three was the wrong size. Company kindly agreed in mid-December to pick this up and re-make in the correct size but were unable to achieve anything before Christmas which was disappointing.”

“If you are skeptical about purchasing fabric overseas from Jane Clayton, I have to say that they couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Designers do not stock the fabric they sell, so you must allow time for the manufacturer to produce the item if they do not have available yardage. However Jane Clayton's communications kept me up to date and the shipping was amazing. Every detail was perfect.”

“I placed an order but there was a delay with the wallpaper as it was out of stock with the manufacturer. Jane Clayton emailed straight away to advise and offered a refund as they wasn't able to fulfil my order. Great customer service, would highly recommend.”
