“BE WARNED. I ordered a few different wallpapers and wanted to send a roll back. You cannot send back incomplete orders and as part of the order was farrow and ball made to order they have refused the return completely. Very unreasonable returns policy.”

“I received the wrong wallpaper. I have tried to contact Jane Clayton but have not been able to get through to anyone as the phone lines are closed. We have an incomplete nursery for our son, and the carpet & furniture all match the wallpaper we were supposed to receive.”
