The order was processed quickly and accurately. I did find trying to get hold of people to ask questions prior to placing the order rather a slow process - often being put on hold for a long time to then go through to answer phone, having to wait a day or more for a response by phone or email. Generally didn't feel like as a 'prospective' customer I was too important - but having placed the order the service improved dramatically. This is probably not the fault of Jane Clayton but the couriers notifications were not accurate - one item arrived a day earlier than they said!
