The first time I've ever used non Canon ink on my Canon printer and was exactly as thought. Worse than useless. I've never had the slightest problem with Canon inks. But with internet-ink the magenta and yellow first wouldn't work at all despite multiple cleans, then did, then didn't. The grey was intermittent and the black streaked. I didn't have much faith but didn't expect them to be quite so bad. I just hope they have not damaged my printer.

The order I received from you was supposed to be Dell ink cartridges, Dell 7 Black and Dell 7 Colour, They were of such poor quality they would not work on my Dell all in one Printer. I had to buy another set of 2 direct from Dell Ink. These ones worked Perfectly and I will be buying them from Dell Ink from now on. I would not recommend Internet ink to anyone. James Kelly

I'm extremely disappointed, the ink would not work at all in my printer. It was a complete waste of money.

As a regular subscriber to 'Which' I thought it was time to follow their advice to look elsewhere for my Epson printer ink cartridge replacements which would be better value than the usual price. Having done that, I was very disappointed when my printer would not allow me to use your product. I am not an expert in this field but I am disappointed.

None of the cartridges we were sent worked and we were very disappointed as we thought we had found a good source to make regular orders. We were especially disappointed as they had been recommended by a friend.

Well the first day after abit of a scuffle the cartridge started to work, when I went back 2 weeks later, the cartridge was bone dry!! So all I got out of it was 2 A4 pages on the first day. Pretty poor and expensive experience.!!

I ordered two packs of Epson inks but was sent one and one pack of compatable ink. The compatable inks do not work in my printer so I paid for something I cannot use. Why wasn't I sent the two packs I ordered.

ordered compatible ink but printer wouldnt accept it. contacted internet ink who told me they didnt sell it anymore, something about the quality. sent me a original ink but i had to pay over £7 extra for this After several e mails it finally arrived. Having been customer for several years and past was happy with service i now find a reputable company has let its customer service down. I wont buy or reccommend it to any of my friends That is how bad i class it now Andrew Burns

The black ink cartridges are not recognised by my printer so I cannot use them. the colour ones are fine, but the black ones are the most important.

I bought a black ink cartridge for my Dell Photo 966 printer from Internet-Ink. The product was very roughly sealed and the jet clogs up after each usage. It is possible to unseal it temporarily it by removing the cartridge from the printer and sitting it on a damp kitchen towel until the ink. However this operation has to repeated on each use and is very wasteful of ink and, needless to say, very inconvenient. I would not use Internet-Ink again.

I have been your customer for a long, long time. There was a time you could rely on service and quality but NOT any more. Recently I purchased ink cartridges No.32 and No.33 for my Lexmark 4300 series printer. If I did not not use the printer for about 72 hours your cartridges would dry up and would not get prints. Firstly, I contacted your department and they agreed to send a replacement. After few prints it and couple of days later same old story - Ink Cartridges dried up. I go so fed up so I placed another order for twin pack Black and Colour cartridges. And yet again I paid extra money for the new order. I am experiencing the same problem - dried up Ink cartridges. All in all I have been supplied inferior quality Ink Cartridges. It was so frustrating that when I need to print something urgently, I would get the prints. So now have thrown all your Ink Cartridges and I will never order anything from you again. The quality has really taken a nose dive and I am sure you would care to look into the case. If you did let me know what course of action you propose to take to put things right?? Nazir Awan 78 Crosslands Ave Southall UB2 5RA I

Unfortunately my HP 1050 printer refused to accept your cartridges despite trying to follow your instructions on how to instal them. So unfortunately I have wasted my money in this case.

I hadn't realised this was remanufactured ink when I ordered. It didn't last long at all and I won't be buying again - sorry!

Dear Jean, Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the quality of the remanufactured cartridges purchased from us. We sent these cartridges along with instructions how to reset your printer, as due to these cartridges being remanufactured it starts displaying a low ink warning very quickly (unfortunately there is no way of resetting the information on the microchips after cartridges are refilled, therefore the printer thinks you’ve installed an old ”empty” cartridge). I will send you instructions by email how to reset your printer. Please let us know if you continue having trouble.

Sent faulty (empty) cartridge, after *several* emails got a replacement, also faulty. Will not shop with this company again.

Dear David, I believe our customer support team has already explained it is common to get a low ink warning when using remanufactured cartridges as the printhead contains electrical contacts that communicate with your printer. Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge (unfortunately there is no way of resetting this information on the microchips). This does not affect performance of your cartridges, providing you simply ignore this low ink warning and continue printing until your prints begin to fade. As a gesture of goodwill we’ve supplied you with a replacement cartridge, even though you couldn’t return the cartridge in question back to ourselves due to the fact you had taken it apart. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact our customer support team on 0871 288 4549 or send an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number.

I bought x2 black ink cartridges only on February 11th. Now I have no more ink left and it is only April and I have printed next to nothing and my printer refuses to print. I understand when I bought them as they are refills my printer would say low on ink while I used them, but it printed at the start now it doesn't print at all. I have now purchased new ink from PC World and am very impressed with them and for a couple of pounds more I am sure they'll last much longer than a mere few weeks. Will never use you again!

both inks must be faulty because when I loaded them in my printer it showed (printer ink level low).I went to my local stockist and purchased ink cartridges and the printer worked fine.

HI, Not sure why this didn't get to you before, sorry, and now I am travelling and can't send you an example of how the cartridge seemed to dry up almost immediately. I will do so on my return in April. I didn't catch it earlier as I hardly ever need to print at home. Sincerely, Sue West

I ordered an ink cartridge that arrived damaged with ink leaking everywhere, I reported this and was told they would send a replacement, which they did. At first it worked well for about two days and then it stopped working, I couldn't print anything. I tried cleaning and reinstalling but nothing would work. As a result, I can't use my printer now and I will have to replace it. I will not buy any more cartridges on line.
