Sent faulty (empty) cartridge, after *several* emails got a replacement, also faulty. Will not shop with this company again.

Dear David, I believe our customer support team has already explained it is common to get a low ink warning when using remanufactured cartridges as the printhead contains electrical contacts that communicate with your printer. Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge (unfortunately there is no way of resetting this information on the microchips). This does not affect performance of your cartridges, providing you simply ignore this low ink warning and continue printing until your prints begin to fade. As a gesture of goodwill we’ve supplied you with a replacement cartridge, even though you couldn’t return the cartridge in question back to ourselves due to the fact you had taken it apart. I bought x2 black ink cartridges only on February 11th. Now I have no more ink left and it is only April and I have printed next to nothing and my printer refuses to print. I understand when I bought them as they are refills my printer would say low on ink while I used them, but it printed at the start now it doesn't print at all. I have now purchased new ink from PC World and am very impressed with them and for a couple of pounds more I am sure they'll last much longer than a mere few weeks. Will never use you again!

both inks must be faulty because when I loaded them in my printer it showed (printer ink level low).I went to my local stockist and purchased ink cartridges and the printer worked fine.

HI, Not sure why this didn't get to you before, sorry, and now I am travelling and can't send you an example of how the cartridge seemed to dry up almost immediately. I will do so on my return in April. I didn't catch it earlier as I hardly ever need to print at home. Sincerely, Sue West

I ordered an ink cartridge that arrived damaged with ink leaking everywhere, I reported this and was told they would send a replacement, which they did. At first it worked well for about two days and then it stopped working, I couldn't print anything. I tried cleaning and reinstalling but nothing would work. As a result, I can't use my printer now and I will have to replace it. I will not buy any more cartridges on line.

The ink did not last very much at all compare with other suppliers and although it appears to be of better value I realised that it was because the contents of ink is lower.

I've used this company quite happily for years but now the inks I buy for my Canon Pixma MG4250 (in reconditioned cartridges) don't work. I have to get in touch to get codes that solve the problem for a day ot two but it's costing far more using Internet-Ink than to buy the genuine article (at not much greatre costs actually since the supplier is in Guernsey). Si I've switched supplier

First cartridge was OK but did not last as long as expected Second cartridge printed OK for about 20 pages then went patchy Would not buy remanufactured cartridges again.

The black ink cartridge stopped working after a few prints and computer cleaning and hand cleaning with a special solvent did nothing. I approached the company and explained but they simply sent me an email with instructions to "immerse the damn thing in water etc, etc, etc.) Nothing has worked and I am stupid to have followed their instructions. A decent company would have sent me a replacement immediately. I will never use them or their products again! I have not asked for a refund as they will probably send me an email and describe how I can counterfeit the money myself !!!!!!!!

Against my better judgement, I bought printer cartridges from this company. After only 3 weeks and approx. 10 sheets of printing, my cartridge no longer prints. I have tried all the methods suggested but it still does not print. I have been disappointed with my purchases in the past so I don't know why I bought from this company again. Buying non-HP products are a false economy.

I can see from the notes that an email was sent to our support team, but the only two words written in the email were - Faulty Goods. An advisor has replied asking for more details but we since had no reply. All goods are covered by 12 months guarantee and to receive a replacement or refund we require the details of the problem to enable us to raise a return.

Really disappointed with our first delivery!. Of the first 4 cartridges we opened, the orange plastic sealer that you turn to open was loose, and we had ink all over the place. They were all black ink.The blue ink we opened was ok. We have still have another 8 to open, so hope they are better!

Black ink very smudged and colours mixed up and distorted. Have had the same inks twice previously and have been fine but the current ones are rubbish.

The compatibles for my HP 8600 Pro did not work and when I looked, the chip stuck on one of them with double sided tape had bent the pins on the print head. I ended up sending the cartridges back and upgraded them to originals. I also had to buy a new printhead for the printer that cost me an additional £86GBP. I will never use this company again.

The cartridge printed less pages than an original HP. I have had trouble with your cartridges in the past, and so went through all the trouble shooting recommendations you told me to do on the previous occasion. I know that I print quite dense documents, but 160 sides from a 300XL cartridge is not value for money. I won't be buying any more from you.

I ordered 3 colour and one black compatible cartridges for my epson SX445W. When I went to use one I found that they were completely the wrong sort and would not fit the printer.

Bought a black ink cartridge for my HP Deskjet and managed to get 26 sheets of text printed before it ran dry. It was advertised as a capacity of 192 sheets. Emailed Internet-Ink and was fobbed off with a stock e-mail saying it was my fault because I must have printed lots of logos and photos so what did I expect. In short they dont give a hoot about customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 cartridges for my Lexmark P4350. The black cartridge didn't fit in. The colour fitted, however my Lexmark refused to acknowledge it. Hence they were both useless.
