“John Smith Very disappointing. Bank Holiday Weekend no response and no discount . Very poor service.”

Dear Mr Smith Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you were upset not to be able to contact us over the bank holiday weekend, however, as it was a bank holiday our offices were closed. Our prices for original cartridges have all been reviewed and reduced prior to placing the order, some by more than 10% so based on this new pricing structure we are no longer able to offer a further 10% discount. On checking your previous order I can see that the twin pack you ordered back in March cost you £31.01 and is now priced at £30.68 so is still available at pretty much the same price. “The last time I ordered ink from you I was very disappointed. I bought the extra large ink which ran out after printing 6 pages. I contacted your customer service department and the person I spoke to was very unhelpful. She basically said it was my fault for printing out pages that were too colourful. There was no offer of a refund or an apology. I must add it was a genuine hp cartridge.and extra large so this should not have happened. Consequently I will not be ordering from you again.”

On checking your previous orders I can confirm that the cartridges purchased were original HP standard capacity which only contains 4ml of ink, not the high capacity as stated. Printing high quality colour images from a standard cartridge will greatly reduce the quantity of pages produced. Kind regards Internet-Ink

“Given a 4 hour time slot, and was delivered over 2 hours after! When I called to chase up the order, nobody was able to get hold of the driver. Terrible customer service, definitely would not recommend it use again.”

“Absolutely aweful, nothing like the Epson product, my printer wouldn't print properly after the ink was installed so I have thrown the whole lot away.”

“Very disappointed. I purchased the HP364XL compatible ink cartridges but the black cartridge is so intermittent and requires repeated cartridge cleaning on the printer to start working again. Frustrating, time wasting and ultimately will cost me the money saved by using up the other ink whilst doing the cartridge clean!”

“Purchased 'compatible' inks for my Epson XP-335. The black ink seems to be working fine, the colours will not be accepted no matter how many times I insert and remove. I have tried powering off the printer at the main, not powering off the printer, changing one at a time repeatedly (10 times or more), changing all of them together repeatedly and nothing works. Now cannot find the email address to send a query to as the link on the website wants to open an App and I use email through a web browser, just give me the email address! Altogether not very happy....”

Thank you for your review. All of our ink cartridges carry a 12 month warranty. A simple reset will resolve the not recognised issue, however, if using compatible cartridges in Epson printers you will not be able to mix with originals, you will need a full set of compatibles. “Total failure. The inks do not work at all in our Epson printer. A page of text results in a handful of random dots on the page. Will ask for a full refund. Anything less is unacceptable.”

“Ordered 2 multi-colour packs but when I went to use the second one I discovered that one colour had been duplicated in error. I raised this with Customer Services and asked if they would consider correcting the error but they refused and said I needed to buy a new set - even though the error was not my fault. I expressed my disappointment and removed Internet Ink from my list of preferred suppliers and have since placed orders with other providers.”

“I bought these as they stated they were compatible with my normal ink cartridges but my printer will not accept them rendering them useless , so although they may contain ink and print , they are a waste of money if the printer will not recognise them . So sorry, can't give you more stars . My printer is an Epsom”

We were not contacted regarding this issue. Often a printer will not recognised compatible cartridges due to printer updates, however, this can be resolved by resetting your printer which is simple to do. “Used to be very good but penultimate order contained one black cartridge where the ink didn't track along the channel so wouldn't work at all. The latest one is not being read by my Kodak printer as it seems to think that ti is missing or not correctly installed; I have to keep removing it and pushing it in again.”

“Unfortunatelly after installing mylast order for ink in my Epsom printer a compatible one not daisy as required my printer broke down and has refused to work I was warned by Epson this could happen so I have had to replace it and bought a H P model needless to say I will only buy the correct ink in future.”

I've looked into your order history and note that you had compatible Daisy series cartridges from us on 3 occasions - in August 2013, then August 2015 and finally at the end of October this year. Since there are no notes on your earlier orders did these cartridges work fine for you? Is it just the most recent batch that has caused you trouble?
