I have been your customer for a long, long time. There was a time you could rely on service and quality but NOT any more.
Recently I purchased ink cartridges No.32 and No.33 for my Lexmark 4300 series printer.
If I did not not use the printer for about 72 hours your cartridges would dry up and would not get prints.
Firstly, I contacted your department and they agreed to send a replacement. After few prints it and couple of days later same old story - Ink Cartridges dried up.
I go so fed up so I placed another order for twin pack Black and Colour cartridges.
And yet again I paid extra money for the new order.
I am experiencing the same problem - dried up Ink cartridges.
All in all I have been supplied inferior quality Ink Cartridges.
It was so frustrating that when I need to print something urgently, I would get the prints. So now have thrown all your Ink Cartridges and I will never order anything from you again.
The quality has really taken a nose dive and I am sure you would care to look into the case. If you did let me know what course of action you propose to take to put things right??
