I bought refilled cartridges by mistake. I have only bought refilled 3 times in 20 yesr, and each tie they had to go back the shop as faulty. This time - as soon as I loaded the black cartridge my printer went into continuous error mode. It is a fairly new printer so I spent a lot of time looking at the online manual. There I discovered that my printer Canon MG2450 will only work with new genuine cartridges. So I went to the shop and bought some. As soon as it was loaded the printer sprang into life. My question is: why are you selling refilled cartridges for a machine that wont work with them? I have wasted my money, and feel I have been cheated.

I ordered a cartridge. Paid. The cartridge printed very poorly - very thinly weak ink. I was told to buy a drum. I bought a drum. Result - same thing - low print quality.

Put my compatible ink cartridges into my print, worked ok for about a week, then my printer let me know one of the cartridges was empty, which is wasn't, took the out lots of time to no avail. Bought makers cartridges, put them , and low and behold the printer worked perfectly straight away !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our records show that we have not been contacted regarding this issue. It was widely publicised by the BBC that HP issued a firmware update which prevented some printers from accepting compatible cartridges. All of our compatible cartridges are covered by a 12 month warranty, however, sometimes a simple reset is all that is required to get the cartridges working again. Bought XP 630 compatible multi pack. Only tried the black cartridge so far and the printer won't accept it.

I bought HP compatable 300XL ink, colour and black replacement cartridges for my HP Photosmart printer. The cartridges worked for the first couple of pages and then stopped working as I kept getting error messages that they were not genuine HP ink and I could not print a thing. I tried the trouble shooting solutions but did not get anywhere. I spent 4 hours wasting my time trying to resolve the problem but got absolutely nowhere with the cartridges. Very disappointed with the performance of this product and it should be withdrawn from sale as there should be no need to have to be inconvenienced in this way. It should do exactly as promised, which it clearly does not. This is the second time I have been caught out by this ink, I thought I would give it another chance which was a big mistake thinking it was a one off fault. I will not be buying this product again as it was a complete waste of £30.00 which I may just have we'll have burned as the product went straight into the bin. Stick to the genuine HP ink is my advice to you.

Bought toner for OKI C511dn. Quality was TERRIBLE! I've had toner all over the inside of the printer and toner blotches all over the printouts. I have now ordered a rainbow set from my previous supplier and will ditch yours as soon as I can. I will never buy toner form Internet Inks again!

The cartriges this company sell are terrible. If you do manage to get them to work they are grainy and the print colours do not print correct. Some colours such as yellow dont print and green comes out blue. I have filled my own cartriges for £3 and had better results. Avoid this company and save your money.

It's the first and last time I will be using your company . My Ink order arrived much later than I was advised. ( I needed the product urgently before going on annual leave ) some five days later When I contacted your customer service person, I found her very very unhelpful. I was informed I had to wait ten days before I could report missing items. Items arrive whilst was away for over 21 days. To add further insult to injury inks do not work. Needless to say I will not be using your service again. June

Unfortunately once we have dispatched our orders we have no further control over the package, it is totally in the hands of Royal Mail. We can only guarantee a delivery date if the courier service is the selected method of delivery. The 10 day wait for lost in post items is advised by Royal Mail as they no longer guarantee next day delivery for first class post, they aim to deliver in 1-3 working days. To prevent duplicate orders arriving it is company policy to wait until this advised period has passed before shipping a second package.

Bought 2 x multi colour packs for EpsomXP-432. Replaced original black cartridge with Internet-Ink cartridge. It has printed out less than a dozen pages, nothing like the 100s stated on thier website. Now it neds replacing once more and the script has become mis-aligned.

Nothing said in any material throughout the sales process that I needed to buy a complete set of compatible ink for my printer to recognise the cartridge. As a result it was not useable. Customer service not great either.

I'm sorry to hear you were upset not to be able to contact us over the bank holiday weekend, however, as it was a bank holiday our offices were closed. Our prices for original cartridges have all been reviewed and reduced prior to placing the order, some by more than 10% so based on this new pricing structure we are no longer able to offer a further 10% discount. On checking your previous order I can see that the twin pack you ordered back in March cost you £31.01 and is now priced at £30.68 so is still available at pretty much the same price. Not compatible with my printer as not genuine Canon cartridge. Difficult trying to contact the Company to sort out. Still have cartridges now that I can't use.

The last time I ordered ink from you I was very disappointed. I bought the extra large ink which ran out after printing 6 pages. I contacted your customer service department and the person I spoke to was very unhelpful. She basically said it was my fault for printing out pages that were too colourful. There was no offer of a refund or an apology. I must add it was a genuine hp cartridge.and extra large so this should not have happened. Consequently I will not be ordering from you again.

On checking your previous orders I can confirm that the cartridges purchased were original HP standard capacity which only contains 4ml of ink, not the high capacity as stated. Printing high quality colour images from a standard cartridge will greatly reduce the quantity of pages produced. Kind regards Internet-Ink

Given a 4 hour time slot, and was delivered over 2 hours after! When I called to chase up the order, nobody was able to get hold of the driver. Terrible customer service, definitely would not recommend it use again.

Absolutely aweful, nothing like the Epson product, my printer wouldn't print properly after the ink was installed so I have thrown the whole lot away.

Very disappointed. I purchased the HP364XL compatible ink cartridges but the black cartridge is so intermittent and requires repeated cartridge cleaning on the printer to start working again. Frustrating, time wasting and ultimately will cost me the money saved by using up the other ink whilst doing the cartridge clean!
