Ordered on 27th with a promise of 1st class delivery and told today Wednesday 29th that it has just been shipped! What happened on Monday and Tuesday? Very disapointing

It is common to get a low ink warning when using remanufactured cartridges as the print head contains electrical contacts that communicate with your printer. Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge. Unfortunately there is no way to reset this information however I can assure you that the cartridges are fully checked and tested before they are dispatched. The only disadvantage to remanufactured cartridges is that you will not get any indication of when the ink is running out. However we would advise simply keeping a spare cartridge in stock and checking the quality of your prints when they begin to fade then you know it’s time for a new cartridge. When going to checkout I was asked for my bank authorisation which the pop up would not work which means I did not authenticate but I still received the goods and was billed. In the meantime I ordered from another pc which the pop up did work. The payment for the first order should not of been taken.

Printed first few pages ok - after that the text was barely readable, even after having run the deep cleaning program.

Very Poor is the only appropriate response I can give. The ink leaked and caused problems in my printer which in the end damaged it beyond repair, in turn causing me to have to buy a replacement printer! The ink cartridges were recycled ones - not new - which was not made entirely clear at the time of purchase. I would never have made think purchase had I known. This has been a bad transaction and I will never trust this company again. I would urge other prospective purchasers to look elsewhere in the hope of finding an honest merchant!!

Having read the recent report on printer inks in Which magazine, and needing some ink I purchased two sets of your ink for my Epsom Expression XP-510. The printer is less than a year old. The coloured inks were awful. The colours would not work at all at first. After many head cleanings all pictures came out a yellowy lime green colour. I got so frustrated with the print quality I took all the coloured ink cartridges out - the Magenta cartridge clearly still has ink in it but it will not work. As the new inks that I have ordered from Epsom had not arrived I put the second batch of your coloured inks in the machine. These are an improvement on the first lot but are still not great. I printed out your Monthly Newsletter as a test but the colours are not true - some have even been omitted. I shall not be buying your inks again and I will be very sceptical about any Which reports in future.

The new inks that I ordered were Just as poor as my old inks when I printed a letter, I expected it to be dark and clear but it was very light and hard to read. I will not be ordering any more from this company.

This is the second time I've ordered a compatible ink cartridge for my HP photosmart printer that has not worked!! I emailed to ask for a refund but got no reply, refund or replacement! I would not recommend using this site.

Afraid that the ink seems totally incompatible with my Canon printer which now pints in weird combinations of colours on a random basis. Not a good purchase - next time I`ll pay more and stick to the manufacturers product

Unfortunately, since ordering and installing the inks I ordered from you approximately 6 weeks ago, my Canon printer now longer works. Despite numerous attempts at maintenance and buying a cartridge (additional expense) designed to clear the ink jet ports. So my Canon printer which is less than 12 months hold, has been thrown away and I am unable to afford to replace it with a new one.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the your printer. I have checked your order details but cannot see any notes, so can only assume that you have not contacted us before regarding this. If your printer refused to work using the originals then we would suggest contacting Canon as it would still be under warranty.

I bought an HP 301XL B&W cartridge. My first trial at cheaper ink than buying from HP. After only one use, the ink did not flow. I contacted Internet Ink, who sent a replacement cartridge at no charge. (initially they said I had to return the other one first but relented when I said I needed it 'now' for work). It came in 2 or 3 days, so pretty good marks for service... BUT, again, after any use at all, the ink dries up and every time I use it, I have to remove the cartridge from the printer and wipe clean with damp paper. So, regretfully USELESS. Never again. I bought 2 HP Envy black ink cartridges from Inter-net Ink as the price was considerably cheaper than the High Street cost. What a waste of money - I placed the first cartridge in my printer, set it all up properly, and it worked fine for about 3 A4 sheets, then dried up. So I replaced that one with the next cartridge and the same thing happened. That meant a trip to WH Smiths to pay full price for another replacement which works fine Use Internet-Ink again? You must be joking

My order was initially missed and I had to email to find out why I hadn't even received an order confirmation. Then my ink was out of stock. When I eventually received it I have found that it won't work with my printer. I have checked and did order the correct ink! Sadly wasted my money.

Thank you for your comments. Email confirmations are only sent when the customer signs into their account. I have checked your order and you used the express checkout, unfortunately an order confirmation is not sent when using the express checkout as the username/email appears as anonymous. I am normally satisfied with your service, but this time I was not able to complete the purchase as the payment was not accepted, as a matter of fact I was not able to even complete the payment, it was rejected immediately. I presume this was bevause I am travelling and I was doing the buying from my second home in Kazakhtan, but it was no indication why it was rejected.

I have checked with SAGEPAY our payment service provider and the only summary they provide is....An ERROR occurred at Sage Pay which cancelled this transaction. Sorry I can not expand on an explanation any further. However I see that you successfully placed an order the following day. Hope all is now satisfactory.

We have searched our database and cannot find any Paid, declined or aborted orders placed on the 26th September 2014 However if an order is placed on Friday 26th September using the Royal mail 1st Class post it is unlikely to arrive Monday 29th September. Royal mail estimate 1-3 working days for all 1st Class Post.

I have been a loyal customer for many years I had a cannon 510 the compatible ink fantastic. BUT now I have a HP envy 120 . i ordered 2 refill compatible.the printer recognised it was not genuine and I constantly had to keep realign the printer head It failed miserably would not print, both cartridges .Phoned to inform both failed told to soak in warm water. Very poor communication and support. I have moved on to cartridge people and am sticking to OEM ink. Sorry Internet ink I wanted to support a Nottingham based company, I feel failed by you.
