I bought black inks for two different printers and in both cases they failed to work. So, I had to buy the printers own inks and straight away they worked.

All of our cartridges are covered by our 12 month warranty and if contacted and unable to resolve any issues a full refund will be issued. In most cases a simple reset is all that is required to get compatible cartridges working. ink works dreadfully with our epson printer, lines everywhere, colour poor quality, had to go back to epson genuine ink at £46 a pack, but at least it works, will never buy again, waste of £13

To my disappointment, the ink which I bought from you this time, none of them working for my printer. Then I made a check on it and found the cartridges are different from the previous ones; the little circular ring not is not there. That is why the printer detected it and reject to print at all. I want to contact you and make a return, but I could find any details from my Amazon Account, probably I deleted it accidentally. Can you let me know what to do with those Ink? Thank you.

On first opening the Large Black I took the large cap off the cartridge and was immediately covered in black ink all over my fingers. then after fitting all cartridges Printer did not recognise said cartridges, I read your tips in case this happens, and tried to install 5 times switching off the power and leaving for 10 minutes each time, and leaving the black until last to install, all to no avail I am sorry it was all a waste of time and money Please advise as to what I should do with these useless cartridges Regards Derek Gray

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With these ink cartridges it is very important that the instructions on the package are followed. If the cap is taken off the bottom before you have removed the tab at the top there is a high risk of leakage due to the pressure in the cartridge. As stated on our website, you will also need to install a full set of compatible cartridges, if mixing with originals you will get error messages. compatables for my Epson xp-235 are a waste of time they simply do not work properly. I went to Epson and bought some originals which hit the sport immediately. I have niether the time or incilmation to mess about trying to get things to work

Ink no where near the same quality as original cartridges. Very faded when printed even when settings are adjusted. Won't be ordering again.

ink cartidges were not accetable for my printer very leaky and ink gets everywhere i dont think i will be using them again thank your time and trouble unless I am unable to get my usual ones

I purchased a colour 343 and black 337 replacement cartridges recently, neither of which work in my C4100. The printer keeps telling me to remove and check cartridge but after doing so will still not print.

The ink cartridge does not work - printer still showing out of ink. Very inconvenient as I needed to print my husbands blood pressure chart for his doctors appointment tomorrow!!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company - the customer support is poor and the ink can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Commenced using your service around 6 years ago, but your compatibles wouldn't work with my Dell printer: using Dell's own you sent me an empty cartridge & suggested I was being dishonest, having requested a replacement. I recently bought a new printer & started using your service again, your compatible cartridges seemed to work with the HP product but after a few weeks they broke the printer, according to Staples in Huddersfield; having been treated so badly before, I knew complaining was a waste of time.

I bought refilled cartridges by mistake. I have only bought refilled 3 times in 20 yesr, and each tie they had to go back the shop as faulty. This time - as soon as I loaded the black cartridge my printer went into continuous error mode. It is a fairly new printer so I spent a lot of time looking at the online manual. There I discovered that my printer Canon MG2450 will only work with new genuine cartridges. So I went to the shop and bought some. As soon as it was loaded the printer sprang into life. My question is: why are you selling refilled cartridges for a machine that wont work with them? I have wasted my money, and feel I have been cheated.

I ordered a cartridge. Paid. The cartridge printed very poorly - very thinly weak ink. I was told to buy a drum. I bought a drum. Result - same thing - low print quality.

Put my compatible ink cartridges into my print, worked ok for about a week, then my printer let me know one of the cartridges was empty, which is wasn't, took the out lots of time to no avail. Bought makers cartridges, put them , and low and behold the printer worked perfectly straight away !!!!

It was widely publicised by the BBC that HP issued a firmware update which prevented some printers from accepting compatible cartridges. All of our compatible cartridges are covered by a 12 month warranty, however, sometimes a simple reset is all that is required to get the cartridges working again. Bought XP 630 compatible multi pack. Only tried the black cartridge so far and the printer won't accept it.

I bought HP compatable 300XL ink, colour and black replacement cartridges for my HP Photosmart printer. The cartridges worked for the first couple of pages and then stopped working as I kept getting error messages that they were not genuine HP ink and I could not print a thing. I tried the trouble shooting solutions but did not get anywhere. I spent 4 hours wasting my time trying to resolve the problem but got absolutely nowhere with the cartridges. Very disappointed with the performance of this product and it should be withdrawn from sale as there should be no need to have to be inconvenienced in this way. It should do exactly as promised, which it clearly does not. This is the second time I have been caught out by this ink, I thought I would give it another chance which was a big mistake thinking it was a one off fault. I will not be buying this product again as it was a complete waste of £30.00 which I may just have we'll have burned as the product went straight into the bin. Stick to the genuine HP ink is my advice to you.
