“Cartridge didn't work. Rubbish quality”

Quite often all that is needed to get compatible cartridges working in your printer is a simple reset which can be sorted with a quick telephone call to our support team. “We have ordered from the company for many years. We changed printers recently and our existing inks were no longer suitable-the company refused to take them back as part payment for new inks even though they were brand new in the original packaging. Their loss; we now have a new supplier with better pricing and WAAAYYYYYY better customer service”

I have checked the details of the order and can confirm that even though the cartridges were unused and in their original packaging they were still well out of the 6 month period for return. As ink cartridges have a shelf like it wouldn't be possible to sell them on to another customer. Kind regards Internet-Ink

“Horrific Product... complete waste of time & money due to extensive internal damage caused to a costly 'all-in-one' printer by cheap & nasty leaking ink cartridges! ... Yet another lesson in 'You get what you pay for' ... DO NOT BUY!!!”

Our records show that we have not been contacted regarding this issue, however, compatible ink cartridges can't damage a printer it is highly likely that the issue is the waste ink pads located in the bottom of the printer which can overflow. “My printer did not recognise the cartridges, waste of money that hit the bin”

“The cartridges came on time, and the black cartridge was correct. But on the Dell printer, the black cartridge is bigger than the others and so the others cannot be put in position. So the printer remains unusable.”

“I ordered the ink, which I needed reasonably urgently, on 19 April. Today is 1 May and I still have not received anything, even though it was allegedly shipped on 20 April. Not good enough I'm afraid.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately once shipped we are totally in the hands of Royal Mail as to when the package is delivered. “I bought black inks for two different printers and in both cases they failed to work. So, I had to buy the printers own inks and straight away they worked.”

“ink works dreadfully with our epson printer, lines everywhere, colour poor quality, had to go back to epson genuine ink at £46 a pack, but at least it works, will never buy again, waste of £13”

“To my disappointment, the ink which I bought from you this time, none of them working for my printer. Then I made a check on it and found the cartridges are different from the previous ones; the little circular ring not is not there. That is why the printer detected it and reject to print at all. I want to contact you and make a return, but I could find any details from my Amazon Account, probably I deleted it accidentally. Can you let me know what to do with those Ink? Thank you.”

“On first opening the Large Black I took the large cap off the cartridge and was immediately covered in black ink all over my fingers. then after fitting all cartridges Printer did not recognise said cartridges, I read your tips in case this happens, and tried to install 5 times switching off the power and leaving for 10 minutes each time, and leaving the black until last to install, all to no avail I am sorry it was all a waste of time and money Please advise as to what I should do with these useless cartridges Regards Derek Gray”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With these ink cartridges it is very important that the instructions on the package are followed. If the cap is taken off the bottom before you have removed the tab at the top there is a high risk of leakage due to the pressure in the cartridge. As stated on our website, you will also need to install a full set of compatible cartridges, if mixing with originals you will get error messages. “compatables for my Epson xp-235 are a waste of time they simply do not work properly. I went to Epson and bought some originals which hit the sport immediately. I have niether the time or incilmation to mess about trying to get things to work”

“ink cartidges were not accetable for my printer very leaky and ink gets everywhere i dont think i will be using them again thank your time and trouble unless I am unable to get my usual ones”

“I purchased a colour 343 and black 337 replacement cartridges recently, neither of which work in my C4100. The printer keeps telling me to remove and check cartridge but after doing so will still not print.”

“Commenced using your service around 6 years ago, but your compatibles wouldn't work with my Dell printer: using Dell's own you sent me an empty cartridge & suggested I was being dishonest, having requested a replacement. I recently bought a new printer & started using your service again, your compatible cartridges seemed to work with the HP product but after a few weeks they broke the printer, according to Staples in Huddersfield; having been treated so badly before, I knew complaining was a waste of time.”
