“Do not buy from this company.Ordered Canon 521 original in Canon box as shown on website, supplied out of box, therefore integrity of ink compromised, verified by Canon. N.B. Canon box states temperature protection -30C-+40C. Trading standards job. Offered to re-supply correctly as 'a good will gesture', me paying p&p.also requesting me to print off a returns label, only problem, no ink !”

As given in our T’s & C’s cartridges are supplied without boxes to enable us to offer customers free postage, however, it also states that should you wish to have them in the packaging, to email the support team and we will post them boxed. We have offered to replace the cartridges in the packing for you as you did not read the T’s and C’s but request you pay the return postage as the cartridges are not faulty. As explained to you by our General Manager if the cartridges are kept out of direct sunlight there is no compromise to the cartridges life, they are still in a sealed pack. When we sent you the email with the returns form, you contacted our support team to inform us you could not print it off, you were given the RMA over the phone to return them. “I ordered a multi pack which was supposed to contain 2 of each colour and 4 black cartridges. What I get is 3 of each colour and 1 black. This is not the first time this has happened with them, and as such I made sure to look very carefully at the description, image and price the second time around. Still I get the wrong set of inks delivered to me. I order an additional 2 black ink cartridges to make up for the hiccup. This order however has been canceled by internet-ink because they didn't agree with my previous rating of their services. Use at your own risk.”

“We have ordered from the company for many years. We changed printers recently and our existing inks were no longer suitable-the company refused to take them back as part payment for new inks even though they were brand new in the original packaging. Their loss; we now have a new supplier with better pricing and WAAAYYYYYY better customer service”

I have checked the details of the order and can confirm that even though the cartridges were unused and in their original packaging they were still well out of the 6 month period for return. “The cartridges came on time, and the black cartridge was correct. But on the Dell printer, the black cartridge is bigger than the others and so the others cannot be put in position. So the printer remains unusable.”

“I ordered the ink, which I needed reasonably urgently, on 19 April. Today is 1 May and I still have not received anything, even though it was allegedly shipped on 20 April. Not good enough I'm afraid.”

“ink works dreadfully with our epson printer, lines everywhere, colour poor quality, had to go back to epson genuine ink at £46 a pack, but at least it works, will never buy again, waste of £13”

“To my disappointment, the ink which I bought from you this time, none of them working for my printer. Then I made a check on it and found the cartridges are different from the previous ones; the little circular ring not is not there. That is why the printer detected it and reject to print at all. I want to contact you and make a return, but I could find any details from my Amazon Account, probably I deleted it accidentally. Can you let me know what to do with those Ink? Thank you.”

“On first opening the Large Black I took the large cap off the cartridge and was immediately covered in black ink all over my fingers. then after fitting all cartridges Printer did not recognise said cartridges, I read your tips in case this happens, and tried to install 5 times switching off the power and leaving for 10 minutes each time, and leaving the black until last to install, all to no avail I am sorry it was all a waste of time and money Please advise as to what I should do with these useless cartridges Regards Derek Gray”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With these ink cartridges it is very important that the instructions on the package are followed. If the cap is taken off the bottom before you have removed the tab at the top there is a high risk of leakage due to the pressure in the cartridge. As stated on our website, you will also need to install a full set of compatible cartridges, if mixing with originals you will get error messages. “compatables for my Epson xp-235 are a waste of time they simply do not work properly. I went to Epson and bought some originals which hit the sport immediately. I have niether the time or incilmation to mess about trying to get things to work”
