About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Shop in Southampton is excellent. Online not so good. Jacket arrived but package was damaged and barely covered a very expensive jacket

Few times the package was damaged, looks like someone already used the item. Which is not a big issue, but still weird.

They need to get communication between accounts and sales team sorted, shouldn’t be down to customer to chase. Apart from this the service was good.

However, with the large number of products we have available, as well as the demand for popular items at times exceeding our expectations, there are occasions where we experience an inventory shortage, or an item becomes discontinued without our knowledge. Hi Zoltan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; your feedback goes a long way in providing the best possible service to loyal customers such as yourself. I believe you made your order on Saturday, December 22nd? Due to circumstances out of our control, we were unable to get your order out to you earlier. This was because we needed to order the item from our suppliers, who were closed from December 21st until January 2nd. This meant the earliest we could deliver your item was January 4th. I do understand we did not deliver on our advertised delivery time of 2 to 3 working days, and for this, we sincerely apologise, however, we did warn our customers that any purchases made after December 21st will not be delivered before Christmas. Going forward, we will take preventative measures to reduce instances like this from happening again in the future, and I can only apologise again for the delay in your order. The buying experience was absolutely straight forward and the delivery very quick. Unfortunately the item was a Xmas gift and I was very disappointed to have it returned to me, the gift had already been sent out and returned to infinity before as a faulty item, and was sent out mistakenly to me as new. This I could see was a mistake, but it could have been handled better. I am in retail myself and if this had happened to us we would have replaced the item immediately and collected the faulty item at the same time. I realise we all have different systems, but I feel you lost an important opportunity to show just how good you are at customer service. Regards Jeff

Order was received in a timely manner albeit with a different colour jean from what I ordered. I called and the team tried to help but could not change the order to the right colour, but I decided to keep the delivered jeans, because they were priced really cheap

The in-shop staff were really really good. I'd give them 10/10 . ..They gave me a plastic loyalty card to use online, but using/activating the card and making use of the discount codes, was a long-winded pain in the ass, and involved me having to phone the store to work out how to transact the online discount online (which involved an email that had been sent but gone in to my spam box without me knowing). In view of this I would set up the online bit whilst in store whilst the customer is there, so that they can seamlessly uses online offline from there on in.

2 packages turned up separately without communication. I had to phone to find out where the missing item was.

Order as received was missing Pinlock, breath guard, silicone oil and instructions etc. Nothing in the advertising said they would be missing. However, a request for the missing parts was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks

The product was good quality, arrived on time and pricing was fair. The problem was that we were given an incorrect voucher, we’re told by email they would let us know of any problems when it gets dispatched two days after it was dispatched. First few emails had no name so no point of contact. Shop staff are always great. Best customer service around.

Delivery was late. I had to phone to check on the progress of my order. The assistant was helpful and gave me another delivery date. It was then delivered on that date. Still a week later than dele very date when I purchased item

Placing the order was simple. Product arrived intact and on time. The polish however is rubbish and does not remove minor surface scratches as described.
