About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Product arrived quicker than expected, thank you. After reading a review where the comments was order a 'lower size' I did and they fit perfectly. Yet to try them out but I'm sure they will do the job.”

“Bought a helmet and had to return which was easy and a clear process. Runout another one , the correct size this time. Delivered by DPD well packed and trackable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Only criticism is a laggy website certainly on my IPhone. As such this falls behind the quality of the rest of my dealings with the organisation.”

“Product arrived quickly, I’m not sure if it was supposed to have instructions , videos showed them in the box. Sorted it via u tube eventually. Product is impressive”

“Hi Requested a price match and heard nothing back. Following day ive had to log back in to find my order history has gone as has my club infinity info and all my vouchers... has anyone else experienced this issue? How do I get my info vouchers back?”

“Item was fine thank you but the future order for 10% off was dated 30/12/24 and it’s Feb 25 now . I am in the market for a new jacket so annoying . Will keep looking”

“A gentleman called Lou in your warranties department was excellent. Having used DPD for my delivery they completely failed and wasted my time. Lou however rearranged the delivery through parcel force and I revived the goods as expected.”

“Very good, knowledgeable service from the guys in Southampton, Fantastic helpfull and freindly staff. Only taking 1 star off because parking at the Southampton branch is a nightmare. I've been by 2 more times but couldn't park so ended up at J&S to buy some gear, which is not ideal. I gave J&S 2 starts review and their parking is perfect. Tells you all you need to know about their service and Knowledge...”
