About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Infinity Motorcycles staff are friendly and well-informed. I love returning to the store in Huddersfield where they know who I am and we chat about bikes. Of course, the store is good, they have great stock, and the prices are matched to others online. The loyalty scheme works out good too.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service! I've shopped with Infinity Motorcycles before and will definitely shop with them again! I initially ordered a medium jacket, but needed to return it and order a small instead. Unfortunately, when they came to process my order for dispatch, I was contacted and told that the small was out of stock, so I ended up having to cancel my order. Although it was disappointing that the item was no longer available, the communication from the team was brilliant. They were really helpful and even offered me an alternative, which unfortunately wasn't quite what I was looking for, but I really appreciated them taking the time to help. Things don't always go to plan, but the way a company handles these situations makes a big difference. The communication and customer service were great, and it's definitely not put me off shopping with Infinity again. I'll certainly be back! Thank you for all your help! 😊”

“Was is Norwich shop few days a go. Was a really enjoyable. Was helmet shopping 😁, the stuff was amazing in helping but didn't linger over me witch I liked. Brought a few lids to the counter. They was happy to price match 😁”
