About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordered a Sena helmet headset to fit my specific helmet. Good price, ordered online on Sunday afternoon, it was delivered 12:30 the next day. Packaged well, fits perfectly, I had it working paired to my android phone within 10 minutes. Excellent service and price.”

“Ordered a set of Oxford heated grips, they arrived quickly and packed well. Unfortunately they were faulty. The exchange process was simple and really quick, in the space of one week they had been returned and new ones arrived. Very happy with the service.”

“All products are great, and delivery was quick and fit as I expected. The best customer service I've ever found is in Holborn; the people are very lovely and kind, and very helpful. JORDAN sent me an expired voucher from my online order, which I tried to use and then realized was expired.😅 Thanks Jordan you are so kind 😅”

“Great customer service, fast delivery and great price. I bought a helmet online at a sale price then a few hours later remembered I needed a 2nd helmet cardo kit so ordered that too. I ordered on the Friday and both arrived on the Saturday. Unfortunately my Pinlock was missing so I called the helpline and it was delivered the next day (Sunday!). No dramas just great service.”

“Another amazing experience. Found a pair of gloves I wanted. Used the easy price match option on the website. Contacted the same day to say they can do it and given me options on how to get them. Called Southampton store. Unfortunately they didn't have them in stock. However took the time to advice me on best size due to the type of gloves being winter gloves. Got a code to use online for the price match and boom, easier interaction I have had”

“I've now ordered two items from your website indicating next day delivery before 3pm, as a consequence I have arranged for someone to be at home to receive. “i recently bought a Belstaff Trialmaster Pro Leather Ladies Jacket in Black as it was offer in your store and i couldn't resist. It came quickly it was packed well and it fitted like a glove! I haven't worn it on the motor bike yet, but i took out the armour and wore it to go out the leather is so soft and its not too heavy to wear. Great store i will certainly be buying from you again in the nearest future!”
