About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Been a customer for many years and always had great service, but my latest visit was for a Shoei PFS on my new NXR 2. Had a nice chat with the team in Glasgow, and Natale was on hand to help with the fitting. After a few measurement trials and adjustments, I was really happy with the final fit and walked away with a customised helmet that feels spot on 👌 Brilliant service as always 🏁”

“Great product and a great price from Infinity motorcycles. Fitted my Honda CBR1100 XX without any issues. Liked the pro-model as its CNC alloy rather than the standard plastic models. Delivery was quick and packaged very robustly.”

“Bought Ladies Easy Jeans. When it arrived one hip armour was missing. I contacted them, told them I had lesson on the weekend (this was Wednesday) and I had the replacement armour on the Thursday. Delighted!”

“I bought my jacket approximately 4-5 years ago having seen it’s review in Ride Magazine & I’m still using it although it’s looking a little threadbare, it’s even retained a lot of its rain proofing. My only niggles are…the neck strap for some reason is removable & secured with Velcro, I lost mine some time back & was unable to obtain another. Lack of colour choices.”

“Bought a helmet and had to return which was easy and a clear process. Runout another one , the correct size this time. Delivered by DPD well packed and trackable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Only criticism is a laggy website certainly on my IPhone. As such this falls behind the quality of the rest of my dealings with the organisation.”

“Great selection of clothing & accessories to suit all budgets. It was well worth the 70 mile round trip to the Yeovil branch. Staff were helpful and well organised. Where items were not in stock, they were ordered, in more than one size, to ensure a perfect fit. Oxford Dakar Jacket & Trousers and the flip front I91 HJC helmet are perfect for longer rides. I will be using Infinity again.”

“Very poor service. I ordered a part which they said would be delivered 4 days after. When it didn’t arrive I emailed them to which they said sorry but We are still waiting for it from our supplier and it will be delivered the next day. Two weeks later still no part so don’t sell me something you don’t have. I now go to France this week without a power cable for my Garmin which has all my routes on it.”

“I want to praise the service from Infinity Motorcycles, we are a bunch of emergency service personnel who ride, our motorcycle club is a support for the trauma and stress we deal with on a daily basis. A few of us wished to order some new gear, helmets, intercoms, and helmet kits, and so we approached a few motorcycle accessory providers. Infinity were stand our, special mention to Dionne in customer service. Dionne worked to find us the best deal, and we were very pleased with the price. Orders were dispatched quickly, and whilst there was a small error in the order Dionne rectified it in such a short time. We have received amazing service, received great products, at a better price than we could get anywhere else, and we got Club Infinity points too. We will definitely use Infinity again and recommend them highly, thank you for the support.”
