About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I purchased a waterproof jacket on the Friday afternoon and it arrived first thing Saturday morning. Quality was excellent and the service even better. Infinity is at the very cutting edge of on line shopping delivering 1st class customer service time and time again. They are my go to shop for all things motorcycle and I love doing business with them. Keep it going”

“Awesome customer service, still using real people who answer emails the same day. Deliveey, returns and refund all within 4 days! Online and in-store kit ranges across the functional but reasonably priced to really good stuff which is priced as you’d expect. Shop in-store if you can - the humans in there say ‘hello’ and ‘can we help you’. Best of all, they ride motorbikes and know about what they are selling.”

“Had to replace my jacket due to weight loss. Infinity had the jacket I wanted at the best price over £40 cheaper than elsewhere. Ordering was easy and postage was quick and the item was packed securely.”

“Got a pare of Oxford Leather jeans size Small, came next day and was amazing fit, only downside was a bit to big on the waist side but nothing we can't fix on our own, all i need is to buy some Velcro straps and try and sow them on as a extension Thanks anyways”

“Went to the Yeovil store today on the hunt for the ever elusive perfect glove. Tammy was amazingly patient as I must’ve tried every glove in the store on. I told her what was looking for and she made some suggestions, she was backwards and forwards to the stock room so I could try both gloves and was happy for me to go out and sit on my bike to get a proper feel of them. She had the patience of a saint while I was being fussy about fit and feel and we eventually found a glove that worked! I’ll definitely be back next time I need new gear.”

“Dear Infinity Team, My wife purchased a new Shoei Neotec 3 helmet at the MCL show, where it was custom fitted for her. Unfortunately, when we finally got out riding with it about 3–4 weeks later, she found that the helmet was causing her some pain. I emailed Infinity head office about the issue and shortly afterwards received a call from Mike, who kindly arranged for us to visit your Stevenage store, as it was the closest one to us in Staffordshire. Our point of contact was supposed to be James. We booked a day off work on the 9th of March and rode down to Stevenage. When we arrived, we found that James was actually off that day. However, the two gentlemen on the counter were aware that we were coming and made us feel extremely welcome straight away. They spent over three hours with us, patiently working through the fitting and adjustments. The helmet was on and off many times while they made sure everything was just right. It was honestly a really refreshing experience to receive customer service from people who genuinely care and want to help. The only small downside was the 103-mile trip each way — but to be fair, I was on the bike with my wife, so it wasn’t all bad! We just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service we received. It really made a difference and reflects very well on your company. One final request — could we please have an Infinity store a little closer to the Midlands? Kind regards, Angie & Cookie”

“Ordered a Zerofit Ultimate base layer trouser from Infinity having looked up the Zerofit website who were charging £59.95. Infinity were advertising same product for £47.95 an amazing £12 saving plus free delivery. Infinity delivered by DPD within 24 hours and also enclosed a 10% off voucher on the next order. Will be checking Infinity first from now on whenever I want bike stuff. Excellent service and fantastic pricing - highly recommended!”

“Ordered a Sena helmet headset to fit my specific helmet. Good price, ordered online on Sunday afternoon, it was delivered 12:30 the next day. Packaged well, fits perfectly, I had it working paired to my android phone within 10 minutes. Excellent service and price.”
