About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Bought a Schuberth helmet from the Belfast branch. Decided I should have bought a Shoei, after doing a little more research. The exchange was painless and the staff were very informative and helpful. Thanks for your patience lads. I would definitely recommend Infinity Motorcycles in Belfast. Great staff.”

“Brilliant customer service, great prices and a huge range of products. I've occasionally returned an item I've changed my mind about and it's never any trouble at all. I've also had an item price matched, again no trouble at all, although it's very unusual that anyone would be cheaper than Infinity anyway! Always a pleasure to deal with Alex and all the team at Huddersfield.”

“Brilliant service from the team at the Huddersfield store whenever I visit. Always helpful friendly advice and good knowledge of the products. The only problem I have is that I never manage to leave without buying something!”

“Ordered a summer riding jacket in the sale at a very good price It arrived 2 days later it had been well packed by somebody called Jordan. I am extremely happy with this jacket so I can’t comment on how the return refunds or customer service work/responed”

“i was told that gloves were in stock so ordered some for £40 waiting a week for them to be delivered just to have an email saying they are not in stock and would be delivered in mid September (over a month away) so now i have to wait for a refund and also order a new pair of gloves and wait for them to be delivered (pisstake)”

“Easy to order online, with a quick delivery forecast. Unfortunately, DPD failed to deliver on time. I phoned Infinity in the late afternoon when it was 3 hours overdue and the person I spoke to was very helpful and apologetic and said she would contact DPD to resolve. She quickly called me back to say the package been left behind at the DPD depot, but had made sure that it would be delivered first thing next morning, which it was. Very helpful service from the person I spoke to (unfortunately I can't remember her name) and I would definitely use Infinity again, despite the incompetence of DPD.”

“Spada Pilgrim boots. These arrived quickly and we're very well packaged. While stiff at first, they were soon comfortable by the end of their initial outing. They are easy to put on, having side zips. They look really good, and seem adequately strong enough for the job. I haven't been out in the rain with them yet, so cannot comment on how waterproof they are. I will be shopping with Infinity again.”

“Many thanks to the staff at the Norwich branch, helped source jacket for me via click and collect. They were able to confirm, before I ordered that Rukka trousers and Halvarssons jkts have same zip, so can be joined together. Ended up getting rain jkt and gloves as well, very helpful in sorting these out. 5* service all round.”
