About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Still haven't received my textile trousers that I ordered. When will I be receiving this item?

Hi Mark, I sincerely apologise for the delay in your order. The complication with your order is from the supplier of your item, which has been closed since the beginning of COVID-19. However, they will reopen on Monday to dispatch orders, so you should receive your order late next week. Took two weeks to get the item and it was despatched the day after I chased it up. Not the normal service so probably a blip

I ordered a pair of bike boots online that it said were in stock. Got an email the next day to say they were now out of stock. Had to order a different pair. Not great service.

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry we did not have the boots you ordered in stock. We try to maintain 100% accuracy on our stock levels at all times, however with the sheer amount of products we have available for sale, there are times where we experience an inventory shortage, or an item becomes discontinued without our knowledge. In instances such as this, we try to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the stocking error and try to find the most appropriate replacement for you. Product ordered was very god for the price Order process was easy Delivery was over a week later than the estimated delivery date I emailed the query to infinity and never received a response

The staff were really keen to help, which is great. And they offered some information that I found really helpful and guided me to a choice that I was happy with. On the other hand, I felt that the staff we a tad pushy. This is the second time that I’ve experienced this in this store. I was moved to more expensive items, and when I returned something the staff seemed a bit off about it. This all could be because they were trying to get me better kit to suit my needs, but it happens that it costs more. And could be that they were genuinely disappointed that I returned something. However I don’t whole heartedly believe that. All said, I would shop there again, but would lean towards buying online for cheaper prices and less pushyness.

The order I received was not what I should of gotten it didnt have straps with it and the bottom looked like it was used I took it to my local infinity motorcycles and they told me that that particular item had been discontinued 1 year previously so I shouldn't of even received it anyway the member of staff was annoyed that I had gotten it and asked me if I would like to pick out another one to replace that item he then said the only thing he could do with the item I returned was to bin it so in all I am not impressed with the online section but with the staff in my local infinity motorcycles in york by the way I am extremely happy they care a great deal about their customers and advise them as best they can I got a helmet from them a few years ago but the one I wanted didnt fit right and I ended up saving money and got one that did fit perfectly because of a great team

Happy with product, spoke with staff in store and they were extremely helpful also. Disappointed with online ordering, free next day delivery ended up being 10 days!

Hello there, I'm very glad to hear you are happy with the product you ordered from us, and that the in store staff were able to assist you with your purchase. Apologies for the delay in shipping your item through the online department. We offer free next day delivery on as many products as we can, but unfortunately if an item is out of stock with us and we have to order it from the supplier it can sometimes extend the time taken to get the item to the customer. Seems like a good company and were pretty prompt with my order. However, my Cardo JBL speakers came without a QR code or instructions on how to apply it (if it was there!). I used their feedback form to highlight my problem, left my email address, and heard nothing back. Since then I have been trying to get support from Cardo but they don't appear to be able to supply me with a working code. So, although the speakers work in their basic configuation, I am unable to set or use the audio profiles which makes them a very expensive set of speakers for my crash helmet. Perhaps this review may initiate more response than their feedback form!

The home address and the billing address were one and the same,yet someone took to change the delivery docket address to one directly opposite my residence As a result despite numerous call the previous evening to ups failed to get it delivered. Call to infinity at noon delivery day ended in I doing 50 miles to collect from ups depot in shannon,despite my offer to pick it up there the morning of delivery as I was in Shannon that morning. What an unnecessary mess. Ups blame infinity for raising the incorrect delivery document sent to them. Special offer wasted in milage

Prompt delivery and ordering process was very clear. The big discount offset the fact one of the locking mechanisms appears to be broken - presumably because it is an old model of which one of the boots was probably on display at some point. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the process to send them back.

Goods ok, delivery fine but they sign you up to club infinity and promise money off future purchases. As of yet I have received nothing and can find no info about any points credited to me on the website.

Regarding Club Infinity, you earn reward points every time you shop that goes towards vouchers for you to use in-store or on our website. For every 1000 points you earn, you earn a £10 voucher to be sent at the end of that month to your email inbox. If you have not received this, this may be because the voucher was sent to a different email inbox of yours or it may have ended up in your spam folder. I've had a look into your account and can see you have earned a voucher for your recent purchase, which I will send to you privately. Not much good if they don't sell bulbs for the items they sell pretty poor as faulty bulbs when I bought them took 5days to source them
