About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I ordered a RST leather suit. The product is great, how ever the delivery not so good. I ordered my item and I was told it was meant to be here on the Friday via the tracking. I also phoned infinity motorcycle to confirm this as I needed it for Monday to which I was told it there was a delay and it will be with me Saturday. This was still ok as I didn’t need until Monday, however my parcel never turned up until today (Tuesday). I emailed and phoned to collect it myself as it was sat in the depot on Saturday, I got no help at all from infinity motorcycle nor the courier. If I order again in the future I will always remember the delivery time is nothing short of poor.

I sincerely apologise that your suit did not arrive by the expected delivery date - we understand how important timely delivery is, especially when you needed it for a specific occasion. On reviewing your order, I can see that you placed it on Tues, 24th June, and we processed it promptly, dispatching it from our warehouse on Thurs, 26th with an estimated delivery of Sat, 28th June. Unfortunately, once the parcel reached the courier’s depot, it experienced an unexpected delay, which extended the delivery time by a couple of working days. While such delays are beyond our control once the parcel leaves our facility, we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will share it with our courier partner to help improve our services. Bought an item from Gloucester, went back the next day to see if they had the accessories to go with it and they didn't. They said they could order them and be in next week, I then rode miles and bought them somewhere else. Went to ask about the Atlas L2 leg bag, same thing haven't got any of them, we can get them next week. It's a shame as staff are nice and shop, just no stock availability. Nobody wants to be waiting weeks.

At Infinity Motorcycles, we offer a wide range of products, which unfortunately means that our retail locations are unable to stock every item available online. Ordered three items. Arrived really quickly, unfortunately they sent the wrong size for one item. Contacted the nearest store to me (Huddersfield) they had the correct size in.A two hour round trip and all is sorted. Staff in the shop were excellent.

Stand looks strong, but you shouldn't show L-cups on the advert picture when you are selling the item with C-cups. Oh yes, there is a clarification at the very end of the product description, but the picture, which is what gives you more information shows L-cups.

First parcel went missing, second parcel now delayed without any reason. Maybe if your delivery company cannot be trusted then use someone else? Never had this issue with your competitors.

Delivery was very fast however the air bag vest was missing the charging cable and all tags and paperwork.

ordered product which was too small, sent item back asking for an exchange to a different size, no contact was recieved until a new item arrived that is a different size to all the paperwork.

The Halvarsonns knee pads eventually arrived after some delay. I had to chase Infinity for news of my order. This was disappointing and I would have expected more proactive contact with the customer given the length of the delay. I'm pleased with the pads though.

Unfortunately poor this time lock packaging looked like it had been opened before lock had a crack in plastic cover where key inserts also should have been a cable which ties to lock to remind it’s fitted package returned 22/12/23 as was on holiday when it arrived usually good just not this time

placed an order its sitting with dpd in their depot (with a problem) but your offices are closed when i try to call - not very helpfull

Web site does not function well . Could not select click and collect or pay pal . Had to choose delivery which was very slow . Web site showed a photo of a crash helmet instead of the cruise control listed . Correct items did arrive.

Bought a shoei gt air 2 helmet, had it on once and the air coming through helmet was absolutely shocking for something at £550. Shop sent back to shoei 3 weeks later helmet back. Will never buy from you again. Wanted a mesh intercom system sena srl2 and they gave me one that's not.

I received the wrong item in my order. This happens and mistakes occur sometimes, I contacted and requested the correct item be sent out. Sent them back, and received the order quickly, however it was the wrong item again. The service for the first mistake was amazing, but getting a response the second time round hasn't happened.

Had stock problems and delivery problems with two orders recently. One took a long while to sort out, the other was quickly resolved. Seem to have issues with live stock updates. Once I got through to the right person all was corrected.

Bit of a weird order experience - I ordered four items and two arrived (in separate packages). The other two just didn’t show up and when I got in touch it turned out one was out of stock, although it was still available to order on the website. Unfortunately the OOS item was the reason I had placed the whole order, but hey ho. At least customer service was very helpful.

Excited to find the helmet I wanted (Shoei X-Spirit 3) in my size and at a good price. Disappointed to find the bike shop I've used for 30 years near my parents had the same helmet for £38 cheaper. Tried to use Infinity's guaranteed price match to see if I could recoup the price difference. A couple of emails were sent the last being 15 days ago. Guessing they're not interested in the price guarantee and refunding the £38 to make this good and potentially keep a customer (and his network). I must add I love the helmet but shop around before you pull the trigger even if a company will use 'the price guarantee' to win your ££.
