The buying experience was absolutely straight forward and the delivery very quick. Unfortunately the item was a Xmas gift and I was very disappointed to have it returned to me, the gift had already been sent out and returned to infinity before as a faulty item, and was sent out mistakenly to me as new. This I could see was a mistake, but it could have been handled better. I am in retail myself and if this had happened to us we would have replaced the item immediately and collected the faulty item at the same time. I realise we all have different systems, but I feel you lost an important opportunity to show just how good you are at customer service. Regards Jeff
