About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Totally let down by Parcel Force. Please use anyone other than them.

Keep sending the wrong product every time fed up of phoning up trying to explain which item’s I want, then have to go to the post office to return the wrong item back with a letter telling them which item I want only to receive the same item I’ve just sent back very poor service 😖

Happy enough with the products. However, I couldn’t place the order online and because I live on the Isle of Man I was charged for delivery which costs no more than if I lived in the UK. Infinity need to address this if they want to sell “offshore”.

Bought a RST ALPHA 4 CE TEXTILE TROUSERS on their website; when choosing the size it doesn’t make it clear if it’s EU or UK size that I’m picking but the size guide shows ONLY EU size therefore logically I should’ve been choosing on EU size. But that’s not the case. After 4 days of waiting to go pick up the item on the store, when I get there I was expecting to have a M size (42 EU) but instead I got a 4XL size (52EU). Only noticed the “mistake” when I got home so I had to waste more time and fuel to go back again on the next day to the store and ask for another size. It turns out the item was discontinued and I had to get my refund. Wasted a lot of time and money for nothing, as an infinity motorcycle customer I found it sad that their website can me so confusing.

Sorry folks, let me down a bucket full. Waited on delivery for seven days to then find out there was a delivery problem. Not good in this day and age

My order was sent to the Glasgow shop all though I had asked for it to be delivered to my home. Luckily I had been tracking the parcel and suspected it was going to the shop. I called the shop with my concerns and I asked if they could let me know if they received it. With the tracking informing me the parcel had been delivered and I hadn’t received it. I called the shop who had no knowledge of the delivery or my previous call. Eventually the parcel was found and I offered to pick it up as it was a birthday present for the following day. On arrival at the shop I was given the parcel and the staff member could now remember my first call. I am very disappointed in the service.

Hi Eleanor, Your order was placed on Friday the 24th during the afternoon, we had to order this item from our supplier. This would have taken place the following day (Saturday) as we have a small team running through orders that day; however, our suppliers do not open up again until Monday morning. We were notified on Monday that this item was out of stock. Our online sales manager Mike contacted you to offer you a pair of more expensive boots for the same price, as a goodwill gesture. I placed my order and paid for it the next day I got an email from Infinity to say it had been cancelled blaming possible fraud how could it be fraud when I paid for it ? Complete waste of my time I will shop elsewhere

Delivery advertised as next day took 6 days. Product supplied was very old stock and not compatible with Interphone Avant.

I bought a few things on the 8th of may to the total of £230 among them I got a per of Oxford gloves at £49.99 I whore them yesterday the 16th for a run up to Newcastle from killyleagh, the right glove started digging in to my knuckle, I ended up riding home with just the left glove on cause it was so uncomfortable, I went back to infinity on the Boucher road Belfast this morning told be told by the woman with blonde hair behind the counter that I could not get a refund or exchange them for a different per Really disappointed in this I would of been better going and buying them for eBay, after today I wouldn’t recommend this shop

Hi Tony, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the product and the service our Belfast store provided you. Unfortunately, as you had worn the gloves out on the road, we could not accept a return for the item. We operate a 90-day returns and exchange policy for unused products, but due to the gloves being a safety product, and they were worn on the bike, we could not return or exchange these for a different size. According to the store manager who served you, the item was not faulty, and it was an ill-fitted glove. We recommend shoppers try on the garments before wearing them out on the road so you can find the best size for you. If there is anything else we can help you with, please get in touch with us. Tried to buy this item: /alpinestars-missile-v2-leather-jeans/black It says - price from 289, but as soon as you selecting any size, price becoming 379 😅 I was trying to buy from iPhone and iPad using Safari and Chrome and… When trying on iPad - price changing straight away, with both browsers When trying with iPhone with Chrome - same When trying with iPhone Safari - price doesn’t change when selecting size, but you are not able to add the item to the basket or click and collect - these options are not working 😅😅😅 So 1 star for you guys, people need to know your tricks

Helmet was ordered for a track day I had coming up. After 3 days (when should have been delivered) I got a mail stating the item was out of stock and not available till May. This left no time to sort a replacement for the following Monday.
