About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Haven’t even received my order - apparently it was refused at delivery even though no one at home. Item returned to sender with no other options available.

The product was fine but the delivery driver opened our front door to deliver without our permission. When complained delivery company wouldn't take our complaint as we are not the customer - Infinity is!!!!!!!!

Purchased 2x £50 vouchers for two people. They came attached to one card with one envelope. What good is that if going to two different people.

Hi, I apologise for the confusion, however, our terms and conditions in the description of the Gift Card product page, do state that Multiple quantities of Gift Vouchers can be purchased in one transaction and will be dispatched within the same card. item was due to arrive on Thursday 9th November. It is now Monday 13th November and none of the three items have arrived. I called customer service who said that they will look into this. Will never use this unreliable company again.

No site há modelos de capacete Arai disponíveis, quando você escolhe o capacete, ele não está mais disponível, e em outras plataformas os preços do capacete são mais baixos e aqui na Infinity ainda é caro

What I received was not what was advertised and only one key seems to work not impressed and the box was damaged as it had clearly been thrown around.

Messed up the order in the warehouse then it took them a while to rectify it, problems with delivery company on top of it. Despatch information inaccurate on some items as well.

Purchased some pmj jeans and alpine star back protector Returned to the shop to ask for a refund on the back protector but had to have a credit not no refund available told me it a open credit note no time limit But when I got home found that is only valid for six months

I apologize for any miscommunication regarding this policy. While we do reissue credit notes in some cases, this is not guaranteed and each request is evaluated on an individual basis. Very slow at processing anything like wading through treacle or even worse moving a mountain, local shop doesn't seem to want to help so lost a sale as it took 2 weeks to get gloves from another store by that time i had bought from one of its competitors. You need to up your game a little Infinity if you dont want to fall by the wayside.

Ordered a pair of Alpinestars Drystar gloves for a tour. Bought them from Infinity as I needed them within 3 days and they had next day delivery. 2 days later they hadn't even despatched them when I called to get the tracking info. Apparently the store was 'too busy' to send them. Annoyed.

Ordered on line. Product in stock and showed short delivery time. Nearly a week after ordering, no product received. Checked my account and delivery date is now one month after my order was placed. Now I need to buy a similar item somewhere else to have it in time for a holiday. Rubbish service. Feel like I have been conned
