About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Everything was delivered really quickly. After ordering the wrong size trousers it was quick and easy to exchange for the correct size. I am still a bit confused by the size measurements online but in the end it didn't really matter too much. Still very happy with my purchases.”

“Ordered a pair of Alpinestar boots and only one came in the box. Called and was sourced a new complete pair the same day and for ease went to collect from a local store.”

“ordered 5litres of scottoiler fs365 ,was on offer with a free litre included,when the parcel arrived there was 2 litre bottles in the parcel.A quick phone call sorted it out and sent the 5 litre next day delivery ,cant complain they were very apologetic we all make mistakes if we are honest.”

“I dropped a star because the sizing information on the website wasn't particularly good (perhaps mainly the manufacturer's fault), but top marks for helpfulness when I took back the 'women's trousers which didn't fit women's hips'. Even the larger sizes of the item ordered didn't fit my wife (who really isn't particularly large - UK size 14) so they happily swapped for a different brand which did fit.”
