About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordering was simple. Goods arrived by parcel force which isn’t as quick as some couriers - No tracking facility either.”

The order in question was sent via UPS and had tracking enabled, which you should have received via email or SMS once your order was dispatched; did you not receive this? As for the delay in your delivery, we had to order one for your items from our supplier before dispatch, which was sent via Next Day Delivery. I’m sorry this wasn’t clear. “I ordered boots from a bank holiday offer unfortunately there was a bit of system mistakes and the boots wasn’t delivered on the day it was promised. However I have received an email apologizing for the mistakes and have been updated every now and then when the parcel will be delivered. Great customer care and highly appreciated”

“First about Infiniti : i bought many thinks from mamy online shops before but Infiniti is my favourite now. Need any thing or ant question or hel with product i ask mike 100 times and he always will reply and try to solve the problem as best. Now i just gave one star becuse i bought a rukka jacket and as son as i recievd it there was a little mark on reflective materiel which i thought it will get better after i using it cus it was looks like a crimpe. Any way after a week it start coming of from there and send a picture to Infiniti they send it to rukka and they said its not manufacturing faults and i differently cut it with somthing. So al that 4 star is for mike. RUKKA you are a liar to tell people they get 6 years warranty you dont give me even 1 week so stop charging thousand of pounds for somthing you don't do. Khashayar”
