About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Overall excellent customer experience, especially Chiswick branch and on line. Had a slight glitch with Norwich shop back in Summer 2023 which I was hoping would have been resolved another way considering the amount of money I do spend with Infinity.”

“Good service. Only giving a 4 becasue I received a DPD notification that the goods were on there way but this wasn't the case - it took another few days, so communication could have been better.”

“I purchased a Nolan Helmet that was delivered promptly. I thought it to be a little heavy (certainly heavier than my existing flip up helmet) and I couldn’t fit my sena comms because helmet was too thick that the bracket would not fit so decided to return the helmet. The return service (parcelforce) was very slow and parcelforce’s tracking system was useless (when it had eventually arrived back at Infinity, parcelforce was still showing it was still at their hub. I ordered another helmet (Caberg Duke Evo) and Infinity dispatched this promptly. I was very happy with this helmet and Infinity refunded me for the returned helmet promptly. I would have given 5* but drop one because of the carrier they used for returns.”

“I purchased a new helmet and Intercom online from Infinity, the prices was great, delivery on time and packaged perfectly. Cannot fault any of the service. And an added bonus is the points system for purchases over a certain price. I now have £20 to spread in store or online, happy days. I cannot recommend this company enough. Many thanks.”

“Orderd a pair of TCX boots, complete wrong pair arrived! Phoned them up had a chat with a real person, no hassle return the correct boots arrived within a week. Would have given 5 stars. Very pleased all the same.”

“Site is easy to navigate, but prices on Kriega the same as every where else. My timing wasn't good, because within a few days of spending £170 Infinity started the 12 day Xmas promo and were throwing in free a Kriega XL pocket. Is it a big deal, no, just a shame😭”

“Decent range of kit, though shop often lacks stuff which is listed online. Very poor rewards system which is clunky - I have had to chivvy them along to credit points earned on purchases.”

“Not a great selection of sizes but prompt delivery Also had an issue with a Cardo headset and are going to honour the warranty Not sure I like the relationship between on line purchasing and the actual shops”
