About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Only bought vouchers as a gift but process was easy. A little confusing as to whether they would be posted or emailed as they didn't arrive immediately payment was taken but they were emailed the following day.”

“Can't really fault Infinity, unfortunately both items were the wrong size but they were just returned via their free service and a full refund given. Not a lot to complain about there really 🤷‍♂️”

“Bought a handful of bits for my first bike. Very good place to get all your essentials in one go. Not the cheapest yet certainly not the most expensive. But very happy with the stock on offer.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered for my husband's birthday was the wrong size. After emailing infinity they agreed to an exchange with out any problems. However this was quite a long drawn out process with many emails being exchanged. A form then had to be downloaded and a label added before being returned to a collection point. I then had a further email saying it had been received and another would be sent out to me which I should have received today but the delivery agent has now postponed it until tomorrow. So as yet I have not received it and await tomorrow's mail.”

“Jeans were great. The only thing don't know what happens with my points? I had points then got extra I think. If you kept me up to date with my points I am more likely to spend more??”

Currently we don’t have the ability to show you your points balance, however, if you contact our team, they will be able to tell you your points balance, and if you have any outstanding vouchers with us. “I ordered 2 motorcycle covers and I would have given a "Very Good" review if I had been sent both covers at the same time. Evidently, this was down to an error by the Picker in the warehouse but it was very quickly corrected, apologies offered and the missing cover sent out following a short phone conversation with Infinity.”
