About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“The only negative I would say is the website, I pressed submit on the payment and nothing happens so I did it 4 times. I then got a call from my bank as it had gone through and blocked my card. I explained this needs to be fixed to the salesman from infinity. 2 out of the 4 had gone through and meant I was £390 down for a few days which is inconvenient. Apart from this very happy with the boots and service.”

“my only issue is that i got an infinity loyalty card when i bought something in store and then when i purchased online i needed to order a new one so am now stuck with 2 or maybe 3 (got another card in the post recently) cards... would be great if some can look into this and consolidate onto a single card ! otherwise really good. regards Nigel Munden”

“I’ve been shopping at Wallingford/Dorchester infinity motorcycle shop for a few years now and the customer service has been outstanding. Service over the phone is equally top class. Knowledgeable, passionate and friendly staff on and off-site. Your website has come along but can still be improved. I withheld the 5 ⭐️ for your online presence. Infinity could easily be the go to place for everything motorcycle related.”

“All good with Infinity but you should really change courier. ParcelForce attempted delivery on the wrong day, couldn't tell where the parcel was or if it was going to be delivered. Finally they aborted delivery because the parcel was "damaged": it had actually been opened.”

“The item I purchased was at an excellent price and the delivery was quick and efficient. The only slight gripe I have is that I tried to sign up for the club infinity card but it never materialised so I emailed for assistance and it was quite obvious that the staff member that responded doesn't read emails properly from the stupid string of responses followed by no final response at all. I have tried again to sign up for a card myself and will wait and see what happens.”

“Everything was delivered really quickly. After ordering the wrong size trousers it was quick and easy to exchange for the correct size. I am still a bit confused by the size measurements online but in the end it didn't really matter too much. Still very happy with my purchases.”

“ordered 5litres of scottoiler fs365 ,was on offer with a free litre included,when the parcel arrived there was 2 litre bottles in the parcel.A quick phone call sorted it out and sent the 5 litre next day delivery ,cant complain they were very apologetic we all make mistakes if we are honest.”
