About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great service and products as ever. This time only their choice of courier as Parcelforce was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Parcelforce are terrible, lost the package for a while and didn’t show up at requested time etc...”

“Service is usually excellent but on this occasion there was a delay in dispatching the order and it was marked as "order cancelled by store" on the account page despite being processed (and still shows as this). Hopefully just a blip in the processing on this occasion.”

“Very happy with my online purchase. My only criticism would be using Parcel Force as a delivery service, twice they failed to deliver with no attempt to leave with my neighbours and I ended up driving for an hour to pick up parcel from the Parcel Force office. This is time I don't have, hence using the online service. Use DPD guys!”

“Easy to order, good prices and quick delivery. Only problem was trying to work out the sizing. A bit of research and got the correct size. Will be using Infinity again.”

“Happy with items, speed of delivery, price, however I never received a confirmation Email on my order. The money went out of my account & I received a delivery date message but no confirmation, which I was told would be sent within the day of ordering.”

“Great staff and service, great points reward scheme. The only reason I haven't given the 5th star is that some of my favourite brands (eg Halvarssons) are not stocked. Otherwise top notch.”
