“I filled out an online query. Was phoned immediately and explained the survey in depth and answered all my questions and differences between surveys. They did exactly what they said in terms of dates and inspection and followed up with a report as described. Everything was great from start to finish.”

“As first time buyers we were a bit unsure of the correct order for completing the purchase and the person we got in touch with was very patient and explained what the job of the homebuyer survey was. Booking the survey was a simple process and was carried out quickly. The actual survey was very detailed and gave a lot of information which made us aware of some issues we hadn’t even considered. We asked for specific things to be checked and the surveyor ensured that he did so as best he could. The only reason I gave a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that the survey feedback was expected in 5 working days and it took 7, however the surveyor did have lots of survey reports to complete as it’s a busy time! Very helpful, friendly and worth the price.”

“They were the most economical valuators in the market Prompt service The valuation report was sent in a format which was not acceptable to Target service hence it was redone for me. Although I am still waiting the final report to be sent to the Target service.”

“Their quotes were quick and the cheapest I could find. They communicated well with who will be doing my survey and when it will be undertaken. The subcontracted party 'Nobles' wrote a comprehensive report and I feel it was great value for money. The whole process took less than two weeks and I would highly recommend iMyHome for a home-buyers survey.”
