“The Report was very professional and detailed and everyone involved was very helpful throughout the process. Only problem being the garage was not viewed internally! Agents said they had informed key was in drawer!! but all in all good job.”

“I booked in a survey with iHome on a Friday, and the survey was carried out the following Wednesday - this compared very favourably to other surveyors I had approached, who had waiting times of 3-4 weeks. The price was significantly cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere (nearly £300 cheaper). The survey results were then delivered to me 5 days later - I was very pleased at how comprehensive the report was. I did call the surveyor directly with a query a few days later, he was out on a job but I received a call back on the same day once he was in the office, so an excellent, prompt response. Overall I thought the service was excellent - very quick and easy to arrange and to pay for, and a thorough survey completed in a timely manner and very cost-effective. I was very, very pleased with iHome and I would definitely use again.”

“They conducted the homebuyers report in a knowledgeable professional way and the surveyor was easy to contact & made himself available to answer my queries regarding the report and the cost were very reasonable for the service. I would recommend using them.”

“We found iMyHome to be excellent. Their website was very easy to use. They were responsive, following up with a telephone call which was very informative/friendly. The fee for our HomeBuyer survey was very competitive and the local surveyor company got in touch straightaway, and carried out the survey and provided the report within the confirmed timescales”

“Your agent in the given area was extremely helpful with his advice and also carried out a thorough survey. However, we have not been able to take control of the property, due to our house buyer pulling out at the very last minute. We now have another buyer in-line waiting to sell their property. It is hoped that this is done in time for us to go ahead with the original home, otherwise your services may be required once more, hopefully at a discounted rate”
