“A very good and efficient service. Telephone help was thorough and well explained. The survey was arranged swiftly but the promised timescales for the survey to take place and the report to be delivered were longer than suggested. Once received the survey documentation was easy to navigate and interpret. I would recommend this service.”

We have investigated the problem you had experienced with contacting our local office and it appears that they were transferring over to a new phone system which took longer than expected, however we are always available at the head office and we do respond to emails within the first hour of it being received. “Well, I was unfortunately buying a property that was being sold by Purple Bricks, they tried to sell me a Homebuyers Report for £660 which at the time i though was very expensive so I found iMyHome on a Google search, they saved me nearly half the money I was quoted and the report was first class so important that you SHOP AROUND! What a great company to deal with!!”

“i MY home saved me £80,000 because the property that I wanted to buy needed a new roof, had asbestos and also Japanese Knotweed at the rear of the garden. I was recommended by two separate people which gave me enough confidence to trust them and they were right!! I was so relieved that i found all of this out before i exchanged contracts! Thank you for your review. According to our instruction sheet it appears that we completed the report within the agreed timescales and the report meets our internal Quality and Audit checks. We would welcome a discussion regarding your concerns and it should be noted that up until this point we have not received any correspondence regarding this.
