As first time buyers we were a bit unsure of the correct order for completing the purchase and the person we got in touch with was very patient and explained what the job of the homebuyer survey was. Booking the survey was a simple process and was carried out quickly. The actual survey was very detailed and gave a lot of information which made us aware of some issues we hadn’t even considered. We asked for specific things to be checked and the surveyor ensured that he did so as best he could. The only reason I gave a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that the survey feedback was expected in 5 working days and it took 7, however the surveyor did have lots of survey reports to complete as it’s a busy time! Very helpful, friendly and worth the price.
