“It was one of the lowest prices. They did the survey on the arranged day and produced the report on time. However, there were some glaring errors eg photos upside down and no mention of the escape route behind the neighbours house. I gave them the opportunity to correct the errors but a revised version wasn't provided.”

“Company got in touch with me immediately and the surveyor made an appointment to inspect the house the following week. The surveyor took time to thoroughly explain his findings with me and offer guidance. Very efficient and friendly service, would highly recommend.”
