“We bought a sideboard from Impact Furniture. On arrival the packaging was wet. Customer services (Mathew) could not have been more helpful. Offering to send replacement parts if any were damaged. Thankfully all was fine. Thanks again”

“Update from my previous review at the bottom: The customer service is very good. They reached out and are keen to help. If you struggle on the instructions they said to give them a call, although I appreciate that can't always happen if you're building it in the evening. I think the price reflects the quality as they're not expensive. It's not of great quality and the instructions as others have mentioned are really pretty bad. It does the job.”

Thank you for your order, our customer service team had been in touch, and it seems item was lost by courier, the courier company took three days to confirm goods had been lost by them at which point a full refund was issued with no quibbles. Best wishes, Team Impact
