Thank you for your order, our customer service team had been in touch, and it seems item was lost by courier, the courier company took three days to confirm goods had been lost by them at which point a full refund was issued with no quibbles. Best wishes, Team Impact

“Won't be assembling for a while but on inspection, everything is complete and we'll made. The company is excellent to deal with and a call from a very friendly customer care advisor told me when the delivery would arrive with precise instructions. Very pleased”
