Had to chase order as zero feedback after order placed Not sure why it took so long as completely flat packed... Eventually arrived, for the tiniest cupboard, the assembly was totally over complicated.

Good Afternoon, Sorry to hear you were unhappy - to confirm we supply a delivery window at time of purchase, order confirmation and then confirm dispatch with couriers supplying tracking thereafter. They left the furniture outside without letting me know and I have to drag them inside by myself ( I’m 73 years old)As for the assembly there’s no clear instructions or photos to follow,you just have to keep guessing and hope for the best.Very disappointing.

Attractive furniture, reasonable price, would do alot better if they actualyl told me on which day many weeks after ordeering they would deliver it, and check if Im going to be in

A delivery window is given at time of purchase, dispatch is confirmed, and couriers supply tracking from then on - my apologies if this was not satisfactory. Matthew

Packaging was damaged when it arrived and Kitchen unit inside was damaged as well. Instructions were very poor on how to put unit together.

The delivery window stated on the product at the time of purchase was 8th - 22nd February, we are dispatching out today (7th February) on a 24 hour delivery to arrive with you tomorrow (8th February) - the very first day of the stated delivery window. Expect an email from the courier with tracking information this afternoon, Matthew

Delivery window given at time of purchase was for January 18th - 26th, so it is perhaps unsurprising that goods have not arrived by 17th January. Delivery is looking to be on January 19th with DHL, tracking information will be communicated via email. Please do let us know if there is any problem when goods arrive, Matthew

My experience with them has been a bit unpleasant. Firstly the delivery was delayed and I was offered to cancel the order. The week later, only after I asked, I was informed that not only the heavy goods were not going to be delivered to my flat, they were also going to be left on the street, with a pellet to dispose of. Nowhere in the website the pellet is mentioned, and most people who live in apartments are not able to easily dispose of them. I was refused any shipping alternative, and was advised of this only last minute, after I had waited for a very long time to receive my order. I felt tricked, and almost forced to take the deal or having to wait again for months before getting my bed frame from someone else. I wish that I would have been given the opportunity, at the time, to have made an informed choice.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery. Occasionally delays occur due to issues in a supply chain and we endeavour to inform customers at the earliest opportunity. Our T&C’s state we use palletised carriers for delivery of bulky items / larger orders as this is the safest way of delivery and ensures goods do not get damaged in transit. Indeed, palletised consignments get delivered on a pallet. Pallet is left at customers premises allowing customer to remove / transport items at a convenient time. We are transparent about our various methods of delivery and as it had been mentioned in the review, we do offer an option of cancellation. Had a couple of small chips on oak top just noticed after I had built it .So please check first all parts before building other than that quite a nice unit

The instructions were not inenglish it was very difficult to put it up and for the price we paid it didn't even include brackets ,not very pleased I am afraid.

I am sorry to hear your had issues with assembly, instructions are pictographic so should be accessible in any language - the listing does specify brackets are not included as the exact brackets required are dependent upon the material of the wall in question.

The instructions for the unit had 2 pages missing. Luckily we managed to find the full instructions on google. It was complicated to make up even with the instructions even for A seasoned DIY person. However once built the unit looked fine.

We ordered displayed cupboard and it came damaged, abd every time a replacement item came it was damaged to the point that i just gave up. And hope people dont see the damged parts, when on display

I placed an order on 7/may as the web site mentioned the delivery will be made on 14/15 may. On Thursday -10/may , we phoned to confirm the delivery times where we have been told the delivery will be made only 21/may. I appreciate the logistics issues or arrangements you have with your 3rd party supplier, however, Two things need to be shared here. If the delivery is not going to be made on promised dates, the. I appreciate impact furniture contact us to update the revised date , not other way. Second, I saw the same item in eBay ( seller is impact furniture), had a date prior to 15/may, I could have gone ahead with eBay but I have placed the order in your website. The delivery date is too far from my expectations, but i am OK wait till 21/May. Please make arrangements to deliver on time. I appreciate if you consider any discount for the inconvenience caused. Not received item yet, so that is my first complaint as i think delivery time is too long. We are now at 7 days since order and I've no idea when item is actually arriving (it did quote 19-23, when your ordering a large item a little more precision would be nice), so i'm sure one day a van/wagon will just turn up at my house, just have to hope i'm in or otherwise i may have to wait another 14 days. At just short of £20, i think delivery is expensive (why not just include it in the price and give free delivery)

To address your delivery questions, at the time of order we email customers with approximate delivery dates, closer to the time courier is sending a delivery notification with tracking details or we personally confirm the exact date for a large order.
