Update from my previous review at the bottom:
The customer service is very good. They reached out and are keen to help. If you struggle on the instructions they said to give them a call, although I appreciate that can't always happen if you're building it in the evening. I think the price reflects the quality as they're not expensive.
It's not of great quality and the instructions as others have mentioned are really pretty bad. It does the job.
