“Would of loved to give 5stars But I wasted 3 days for delivery and was then lied to by the delivery company. So whilst problem was not directly impacts fault. It was caused by there choice of delivery company”

“Lovely colour but the closer of the drawers are very bad to close they are not soft closures very rough.”

Thank you for purchasing our Adel Cashmere Beige Double Vanity Unit — we also love the beige colour way, it's really is beautifully soft and calming. I’m sorry to hear you’re finding the drawers difficult to close. The drawers are fitted with smooth soft-closing runners, but they do need to be adjusted during installation to achieve the correct alignment. On the last page of the instructions you’ll find a guide showing how to regulate the runners. The mechanism allows you to move each drawer up, down, and side-to-side, ensuring they glide smoothly and don’t clash with the other drawer once aligned. If you’d like, we can also send over a short video showing the adjustment points. Please let me know how you get on — happy to help further!

For this reason, we advertise the longer four-week delivery timeframe, and it seems your order was fulfilled within that period. As the goods are manufactured in Europe and shipped in weekly consignments, we always do our best to deliver sooner whenever possible — and many orders do arrive earlier than the stated four weeks. “Does not come with soft close hinges which should definitely be included for the price. We had to order these from elsewhere. Only the drawer front and the door are waterproof so had to purchase a silicone mat for the top of the unit. Otherwise it was easy to build and looks good Insitu.”

“The bed I bought is very solid and sturdy. I thought I bought the complete bed but it arrived without drawers. Which was not clear when purchased. I then had to phone to get the drawers and pay another delivery charge. Customers service didn't care.”

“The set of bedroom draws I purchased, where an absolute nightmare to put together , the plan does not show in enough detail the set up procedure, to make matters worse they include sections of wood that are only for packing, which is absolutely confusing. Be prepared to spend hour upon hour building, given the amount you pay, overall I will not use again, just not worth time, effort and cost.”

“Responsive customer service, good build on furniture, woeful choice of company courier Xdp. All 5 star service from Impact Furniture. 1 star service from Xdp their courier, who does not listen to specific delivery instructions from Impact or end customer. Our delivery was split into two parts, although collected as one. The first divery we were in, but both times the order was left out in the open on a building site. Exposed to the elements and easy theft.”

“Bought the coffee table to match dining table I had bought through b&q and loved dining table however after building coffee table found it to be too high and looked out of place in my room Managed to get my son to take a few inches of legs now it’s perfect”

“Im no novice to building flat pack and the Cabinet is fine, build wise. However there were no reference letters on any of the furniture to tie up to the build instructions and irs very easy to get several pieces the wrong way around and in the wrong place. There is also an issue by following to the letter that towards the end of build a couple of pieces cannot be fastened correctly as the fixing location is hidden by one of the first few steps of build.”

“The furniture good but the delivery service very poor. Delivery staff did not help us to carry the furniture at all, not even from the van to our house. They just stay there watching me lifting all the packages while paraphrasing their policy to not lift any package. Would not buy again just because of that horrible and tiring experience. Really damaged my back after that many trips carrying all the packages.”

Dear Jesus, thank you for your custom. At the time of delivery confirmation over the phone and by email it was stated delivery would be to the curbside only since delivery was made on a pallet and to a flat. The palletised courier service has drivers insured to deliver goods to the curbside and hence we advise all the customers of the procedures prior to delivery taking place so that suitable support with delivery can be sourced if necessary.
