“Responsive customer service, good build on furniture, woeful choice of company courier Xdp. All 5 star service from Impact Furniture. 1 star service from Xdp their courier, who does not listen to specific delivery instructions from Impact or end customer. Our delivery was split into two parts, although collected as one. The first divery we were in, but both times the order was left out in the open on a building site. Exposed to the elements and easy theft.”

“Bought the coffee table to match dining table I had bought through b&q and loved dining table however after building coffee table found it to be too high and looked out of place in my room Managed to get my son to take a few inches of legs now it’s perfect”

“Im no novice to building flat pack and the Cabinet is fine, build wise. However there were no reference letters on any of the furniture to tie up to the build instructions and irs very easy to get several pieces the wrong way around and in the wrong place. There is also an issue by following to the letter that towards the end of build a couple of pieces cannot be fastened correctly as the fixing location is hidden by one of the first few steps of build.”

“The furniture good but the delivery service very poor. Delivery staff did not help us to carry the furniture at all, not even from the van to our house. They just stay there watching me lifting all the packages while paraphrasing their policy to not lift any package. Would not buy again just because of that horrible and tiring experience. Really damaged my back after that many trips carrying all the packages.”

Dear Jesus, thank you for your custom. At the time of delivery confirmation over the phone and by email it was stated delivery would be to the curbside only since delivery was made on a pallet and to a flat. The palletised courier service has drivers insured to deliver goods to the curbside and hence we advise all the customers of the procedures prior to delivery taking place so that suitable support with delivery can be sourced if necessary. “Ordered a bed (it is beautiful) first the fittings and screws were missing so had to wait for them to be resent out then realises parts were missing of the bed so had to wait again for them to be sent out ..... not good service when you spend a lot of money on a bed ... things like this should be checked before been sent out”

“Was disappointed with this sofa bed , it is a self assembly item ( I was fully aware of this) and was not easy to assemble (approx 4 hr job ) it had many parts ,made of chipboard and laminate , it looks ok assembled but felt it was a very costly purchase for the quality of the bed. Also delivery was dropped off in road outside house on a wooden pallet, not even deliverd to secure area front of house. Other sellers offer very similar at fraction of cost so a disappointing purchase overall...”

“Overall pleased with the service I received. Prompt delivery which was good. Instructions would have been easier to follow if the bed pieces were numbered which lost it one star. Couldn’t get the plastic handles in the drawers as holes weren’t big enough and this damaged the drawer front which lost it another star. Had to buy alternatives which will hopefully cover it up!”

“The wall unit delivered did not match the description in the listing or match the video of how to put together ie no glass door came with the unit. After a phone call to check I was told the unit I ordered was no longer available and as I had opened the box couldn’t return for refund 🤔🤔🤔”
