“Great customer service, ordered wrong item and they got it all sorted straight away for the correct item I meant to order. Great with delivery times, and organising what day delivery was best for us. Delivery driver was spot on and brought item as close to house as he could.”

“Delighted with dining table from Impact Furniture, despite Tuffnells messing up the delivery, Matthew was very helpful in sorting that out and also two legs received damaged (again probably due to Tuffnells!) that were replaced without question and within the timeframe advised. Excellent service, thank you.”

“Absolutely delighted with the 2 units in white and ‘oak’. They look and feel much more expensive than they were and not hard to put together. Delivery was good and they were very well packed with no chance of getting damaged! Will happily use Impact Furniture again.”

“Had to wait a couple of weeks for item to be dispatched but arrived quickly, item was very well packed, read a lot of negative of couriers used but I had no problems item arrived on day it should have ,driver very helpful , pleased with unit nothing damaged which is a first for me being flat packed”
