“Really pleased with the quality of the unit. Delivery was fast. There was a small issue with the courier only delivering part of the order which was in 2 boxes. I raised this with impact and it was sorted then same day..very impressed with their customer service.”

“The set of bedroom draws I purchased, where an absolute nightmare to put together , the plan does not show in enough detail the set up procedure, to make matters worse they include sections of wood that are only for packing, which is absolutely confusing. Be prepared to spend hour upon hour building, given the amount you pay, overall I will not use again, just not worth time, effort and cost.”

“I had a problem with a bathroom cabinet drawer that didn’t fit properly. Mathew was more than helpful, he resolved the problems, sent a new drawer, which I assembled (I had to pinch a couple of screws from the problem drawer) and it fits perfectly. Thank you Mathew.”

“Delivery was quick, and well organised. Packaging was good. The time taken to build the furniture said 2 hours but I think that was the record! It took us nearer 12 hours, and we're not inexperienced. The instructions were faint and quite confusing. With time, we got through it. When we put the drawers in they were completely out of line, which was really frustrating and disappointing. They were wonky and the one that was straight was about 1cm too high so poked over the top of the unit. Not something that could be left/ ignored, or easily adjusted. This was not because of us doing anything wrong, the holes that were there were not correct. With a fair bit of stress and, thankfully the skill of my build-partner, we were able to drill new holes in the correct place for the runners and line it up properly. After doing that, though, I am pleased with the end result. It is a nice piece of furniture, I just wish it was more accurately made. It has left me slightly reluctant to buy from Impact Furniture again. I think if I do I will have to mentally prepare myself for the build process and be prepared to make changes.”

“Customer service is not as it should be. I had the wrong instructions for the table that I had. I had two broken pieces of the table, took almost a week to have these replaced. I requested new fixings incase the wrong ones had been included, I was told to try again to put the table together with the fixings I had, why not just send new ones and prevent a drama!! It was back and forward and in the end I purchased the fixings I needed - overall too much them telling me to do this and that and not enough of them doing what they needed to make the process simpler. When putting the table together eventually the top surface of the table is chipped slightly, but I could not face contacting customer service, as I knew it would be a massive issue, and I do not have time for all of that”

“Recently bought a bedroom furniture set - communication and service was excellent throughout including choosing our delivery date. Furniture was exceptionally well packaged on arrival and, having opened and checked it all, nothing was missing or damaged. Would certainly recommend and use again. Thank you.”
