“I ordered a complete kitchen of 11 units for a small studio apartment and the service has been amazing. Apparently everything was in stock except for one unit due to the door choice. Impact offered to ship the entire kitchen immediately and follow up with the door a month later to avoid any delay. Deleivery was excellent and the build and installation with the instructions was simple. Many thanks and I will certainly use again in the future. If I have one gripe, they do not supply cosmetic end panels so I bought an extra cabinet to use the door and plinth to build my own.”

Thank you for purchasing our Adel Cashmere Beige Double Vanity Unit — we also love the beige colour way, it's really is beautifully soft and calming. I’m sorry to hear you’re finding the drawers difficult to close. The drawers are fitted with smooth soft-closing runners, but they do need to be adjusted during installation to achieve the correct alignment. On the last page of the instructions you’ll find a guide showing how to regulate the runners. The mechanism allows you to move each drawer up, down, and side-to-side, ensuring they glide smoothly and don’t clash with the other drawer once aligned. If you’d like, we can also send over a short video showing the adjustment points. Please let me know how you get on — happy to help further!

For this reason, we advertise the longer four-week delivery timeframe, and it seems your order was fulfilled within that period. “Very pleased with the product and very well packaged! Shame the matching wall hung cabinet isn't available, would of really enhanced the look. Only minor feedback is don't attach the bottom draw sliders as per instructions until the cabinet has been constructed, otherwise you can't turn the screws on the base”

“Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the service from Impact Furniture. I ordered a new bed which arrived in good time. When then trying to put the bed together it became apparent that one of the pieces was the wrong size. I called to let them know, only to be received by someone who was working from home and had no way of directly contacting the warehouse! They had to email and await a response. Surely, if people are allowed to work from home they should have the means to do so?! Anyway, the following morning I then received an email from Impact Furniture that they accepted they'd sent the wrong part and would send a replacement. They use DHL for this delivery which is never a good start. Needless to say, DHL proceeded to mark my delivery as "Delayed" with no further information other than to contact the "Sender". So I proceeded to call Impact Furniture only to be told they would look into it and get back to me. No-one got back to me, so I chased again 3 hours later to be told the same thing, only to be told the same thing, they would look into it and get back to me. Another 3 hours passed with no communication so I chased again. It is nearly a week later and I am still without my package, I have an expensive and unusable bed that is half built and I am none the wiser as to when my package will arrive. At this point, I am of a mind to have Impact Furniture come and collect the thing and give me a full refund so I can go somewhere else. My advice is to buy from someone else if you have the chance. Very, very disappointed.”

Good Morning, We are sorry to hear about your experience and that mid resolution process you have taken to a review platform, as we are writing this, we are doing our outmost to provide a successful and satisfactory outcome to this case. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. To address your points in detail: Our home-working colleagues do have direct contact with our warehouse team. However, as the warehouse operates earlier hours — finishing once all courier collections are completed in the early afternoon — your call unfortunately came through after they had closed for the day. As a result, we arranged for the replacement part to be shipped the following morning. DHL has indeed delayed this consignment, and it is currently running two working days behind schedule. We have been in constant contact with DHL — reaching out multiple times each day — as their depot has not been providing any concrete updates and repeatedly asked us to call back later. We have been relaying all available information to you as soon as we received it. Please be rest assured that if DHL are unable to confirm delivery today, we will arrange for another replacement part to be sent immediately and have the delayed parcel returned to us. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this as quickly as possible. Kind regards, Matthew

“Does not come with soft close hinges which should definitely be included for the price. We had to order these from elsewhere. Only the drawer front and the door are waterproof so had to purchase a silicone mat for the top of the unit. Otherwise it was easy to build and looks good Insitu.”

“We visited lots of shops looking for bathroom furniture, but everything we found was either the same, low quality, or ridiculously expensive. I came across the Aruba collection online at Impact Furniture and really liked the look of it in the pictures. Normally, I’m not a fan of buying furniture online as you can’t be sure if the quality matches the photos, but I wanted something a little different and decided to take the risk. I was also a bit worried about delivery as we needed it by a certain time, so I called the office before ordering. The lady I spoke to was lovely, while she couldn’t guarantee delivery, she said she’d look out for my order. To our delight, the furniture arrived quickly and earlier than expected. My partner assembled it and was genuinely impressed with the quality, especially for flat pack furniture. Most importantly, I absolutely love the design, it’s stylish, unique, and a refreshing change from the standard bathroom furniture we’d seen elsewhere. It’s going to look perfect once our bathroom is complete. We still have our main bathroom to do as part of the renovation, and we’ll definitely be coming back to order more from Impact Furniture.”

“The bed I bought is very solid and sturdy. I thought I bought the complete bed but it arrived without drawers. Which was not clear when purchased. I then had to phone to get the drawers and pay another delivery charge. Customers service didn't care.”

“Looking for a smaller slim mirrored cabinet to replace an old one, following an en-suite refurbishment this one was perfect ordering and delivery was straightforward. Customer service and warranty also excellent as door replaced due to transit damage despite excellent packaging. Fortunately the warehouse was close by so arranged a swap. Assembly was easy and the finished product feels robust. I recommend Impact Furniture and this cabinet for a smaller space.”

“We are really pleased with the furniture bought from Impact Furniture (bed frame, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers). The customer service is excellent and when we had to ask for a couple of parts that were not correct, it was dealt with promptly. The delivery company were not so great unfortunately and delivery is quite expenseive but that does not take away from Impact Furniture so I would definitely order from them again.”

“Our bed is my favourite piece of furniture in our house. I was mortified when the lights stopped working but after contacting Matthew within a few hours he had identified the part and arranged a free replacement (despite me having very limited information to give him). After sales care is so important and these guys have it in abundance. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a free standing bathroom unit. I received 2 boxes, but discovered once I built half of it wasn’t what I ordered. It came in two boxes and one box didn’t even have instructions or any screws or anything to fit it together so it was a big waste of money. I was very disappointed. I can’t even use it”

“Really pleased with the quality of the unit. Delivery was fast. There was a small issue with the courier only delivering part of the order which was in 2 boxes. I raised this with impact and it was sorted then same day..very impressed with their customer service.”
