“Amazing service and I love that it’s a family run UK company. Smooth and quick delivery and the table I ordered is beautiful. Instructions were easy to follow, the table and parts are all well made and it looks so much more expensive than I paid for it. “I am delighted with my sideboard - it is well made and looks beautiful. The top was damaged on delivery but I got an immediate response and a replacement top was sent. There was a delay in receiving this due to the piece coming from overseas but this could not be helped.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of this bathroom furniture. I bought it less than a year ago, and it has already deteriorated badly. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told that the furniture is not humidity-resistant or water-resistant, which is extremely disappointing considering it is sold as bathroom furniture. A bathroom naturally has humidity and exposure to water, so I expected the furniture to be designed to cope with those conditions. The quality is very poor, and I would not recommend this product.”

Dear Ala, we are sorry you are disappointed. The unit was delivered on 4 August 2025 and from the photos provided, the damage is concentrated on the side of the vanity positioned very close to the open edge of the freestanding bath, which has no screen or other splash protection. Bathroom vanity units are moisture-resistant rather than waterproof and, where positioned beside a bath, there would normally be some form of protection from direct splashing such as a shower screen. With an open freestanding bath and shower head that is about 20cm away from the unit, water can be repeatedly splashed onto nearby furniture without a screen or barrier and no limitation. Repeated or prolonged water exposure can cause swelling if moisture penetrates an edge or joint. Based on the evidence available, we have not been able to establish that the deterioration is due to an inherent manufacturing defect as it did not occur until a year later which would be consistent with effects of use and micro environment on the furniture provided. However, as a goodwill resolution, we have offered a replacement unit at a heavily discounted price.

“Very pleased with this unit. I bought it to use for my CCTV monitor and recorder, and it works perfectly for the setup. The size is ideal, the open shelf keeps the CCTV equipment accessible, and the drawer provides useful extra storage. It looks smart, modern and much neater than having the equipment sitting separately. Good quality and very happy with my purchase from Impact Furniture.”

“The further looks great but the instructions to assemble it were poor. No labels on the parts and the screws and bolts were all together in a big bag. The display cabinet took six hours to assemble with two people It would be better if these were labeled and the screws were in separate bags labeled”

“The company advised my order 1066434075 would be delivered today (10th July) so I take time off work to be at home between 8am to 6pm and no one turned up. Credit to Impact Furniture, they apologised and handed my case the next working day with a new delivery date booked to accommodate. Appreciate the support!”

“Would of loved to give 5stars But I wasted 3 days for delivery and was then lied to by the delivery company. So whilst problem was not directly impacts fault. It was caused by there choice of delivery company”

“So the Oak Ribbed furniture, having just built 2 bathroom storage sets (Each set comprising of one floating storage unit and a two drawer floating sink unit with a sunken sink) i think both are good quality and would highly recommend. The only reason i havent given 5 stars is that in the wording they put you need a special waste attachment for the sink which you can purchase separately. If i'm spending £1000 on furniture, why did you not simply include it in the overall bundle. (I didnt read the small print and had to quicky purchase seperately. My fault i know, but it would make sense to add it in as people need it.”

“I ordered a complete kitchen of 11 units for a small studio apartment and the service has been amazing. Apparently everything was in stock except for one unit due to the door choice. Impact offered to ship the entire kitchen immediately and follow up with the door a month later to avoid any delay. Deleivery was excellent and the build and installation with the instructions was simple. Many thanks and I will certainly use again in the future. If I have one gripe, they do not supply cosmetic end panels so I bought an extra cabinet to use the door and plinth to build my own.”
