I had 8 bags of donations to be collected. Could only fit one at my door, so I left a very clear note asking to ring the doorbell and they didnt.

Just had first collection, all went well. But I'm very suspicious about how our chosen charities will benefit or be paid as no weighing of my donations was done and the bags/boxes of all unworn clothes and shoes was just put in the back of the van with everyone else's bags. How are our charities supposed to benefit from our donations? I smell a scam

All donations are weighed and calculated when each van gets back to the warehouse and each charity of whom we support receives the funds made from these donations. I said hello to the driver he didn’t even respond or acknowledge me, he didn’t even say thank you. I could have given it to any other charity - I find this very rude

I had explained that there was a large amount of donations and had asked for them to be collected from the hall way. The driver refused to enter the house or help me get the items to the doorway. I am an OAP and can't carry heavy loads. I found the driver to be unhelpful and rude There were books that were in virtually new condition and lots of the clothes were new. Suffice it to say this was not the service l was expecting and will not use you again

I had another separate collection bag delivered so left this out in the morning. I understood that your collection would be at a different time. I kept the donations for you in the house and waited for a time. Your driver collected a different donation and I still have 2 large bags of clothes.

I have a note advising that you have collected my items but we did not receive the e-mail with the collection time so my items have not been collected. I was in the house this morning and no-one even knocked on the door. We have used the service previously and it has been very good but are disappointed this time around.

I tried dealing with a mistake from their system regarding the collection, only to encounter the rudest team representative on their phone lines (a guy called Jordan). I returned a missed call from them 4 min after they tried me. They kept hanging up on me and it took almost 20 tries to get through (I was hoping to still catch the driver in the area). Jordan was extremely rude when I attempted to enquire about details, talking over me and automatically repeating the same pre scripted message. My experience was made extremely difficult and frustrating because of this lack of personal engagement, I felt I was speaking to a pre recorded, automated voice rather than a present representative. It’s a shame, I’d had a good experience with this company in the past but they clearly don’t value their donators.

On the day of collection I received four emails updating me about the time of collection that veered wildly. Once my bags were collected I found one bag of books dumped on the street a few doors down, while another pile of my books were dumped in a free library on my street. I tried to call to complain and was hung up on & so I have emailed. I would not use again.

Firstly it was not picked up at 14.17 more like 15.17 I feel very concerned that what I was sending will not arrive at the correct place Sounded like the guy collected for lots of different charities my boxes etc were not kept together so how will he know where its meant to go if a label comes off

sorry but I have had a poor experience. I took time off work to be at home as Ihada loads of stuff, the driver came with a full van and He took one carrier bag and promised to come back with another van. waiting since 11.30 and now it is 4.10 pm I must have called 8-10 times but no response.

I booked for the 1st but if not the second of September. I waited on the first . I should of atleast recieved a message or a phone calling telling me about the 2nd of September pickup. On the 2nd of September, thank God i was at home. The gentleman rang my door bell like crazy none stop. I asked who it was he said nothing but kept ringing. When I finally opened the door and tried to explain to him that i have a baby sleeping and him ringing the bell once would of been fine and that when i asked who he was he could of just answered. The man showedd no concerns just looked at me in the eyes and said okay. Thats rubbish, next time i wouldnt use this service.

I was told my collection would be 2.45-4.00pm. The driver turned up before 8.30am because he was passing. I then got an email with a revised time from 1.45pm, when I informed them the bags had already been collected I received a sarcastic response saying it wasn't one of their drivers! It was one of their vans and who would have had my details otherwise. I then got an email acknowledging my donation!I now question whether this is a legitimate organisation.

I will be putting in a formal complaint. The driver just threw the boxes I provided, down the stairs of my flats and out the main entrance doors, the boxes were opening as he walked kicking one of them along the path. I am disgusted. I wanted to take my donations back in order to ensure they got to a charity in a good order.

The iCollectClothes website says that they will accommodate customers requirements for collection. This is not the case. We are clearing a property for an uncle. The house is unoccupied and so having a set collection time is very important to us. Although we had no problem with the date, they were totally inflexible about the time and would only call to collect at a time that was not convenient to us. This seems to be because of their computer generated route plan. The office was very unhelpful when we contacted them. As a result our large donation will go elsewhere and we shall not be using this company in the future.
