“Very good service! I lived at a flat which has complicated secured entrance system and it's quite an effort to come in and out, and the driver even went up 2 floors to collect my items from my door.”

“I provided two dates. Initially I was given one of those dates, but then I was told my collection would be changed to a date I hadn't offered. Not only that, but my two dates had been changed to include the new date. I objected and the new inconvenient date was confirmed as though I hadn't complained. I said I'd have to cancel if they wouldn't change the date to one I'd offered, so they cancelled it. I'd heard this was an efficient service, but apparently either it isn't or an inexperienced member of staff was dealing with it that day. I couldn't be more disappointed.”

“I only ever use this company , easy , convenient and you don’t have to be home , I recommend them , I’ve used them around four times now and you can pick your own date for collection and you receive an email confirming they have collected”
