“I have used icollect clothes for many years Lots of times, never had a problem. Until now I mistakenly put my watch in the collection by accident.. This was in October, I didn’t realise it was missing until I went to wear it new year, I got intouch asked if the person who sorted the clothes had handed a watch in saying they think this is a mistake as it’s clearly. Very valuable. I was told No which makes me think the sorter took the watch for themselves, Otherwise I would really of expected an email or phone call acknowledging such a generous donation .. It really doesn’t make sense to me why they would think anyone would donate a watch worth thousands of pounds.. And yes I know I was stupid I now know exactly how it happened. And I’m so sad this happened and no one thought it was a genuine mistake., I’d love to know who did buy it if it did ever reach a shop!!”

“Excellent service again, Trevor was very nice, very polite, & friendly man and most helpful and helped with taking our donations, as we had limited space on our drive due to building works, a great experience all round. Thank you for all the work you do for your charity partners.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Even though the original date they were not able to fulfil due to the driver, the alternative date was a day after the previously provided one! ☺️ Turned up, zero issues within the specified time window. Where we are, we can’t leave the donations outside, but they followed the instructions made when booking. No problems at all and great communication & customer service throughout, would highly recommend and feels good to give back to a deserving charity of your choice! ❤️💙”

“Brilliant service, booked a collection, waited a day or so and they replied with another alternative date, the night before made me aware of a specific time slot, but morning of changed, and came promptly in the time slot, super smooth transaction of handing over the clothes for donation. Lovely gentleman I asked if he needed help but politely refused, honestly definitely will use again, just be aware only 10 bags can be collected at any time. I had 7 large “iceland freezer bags for life”, I love that you can either choose a charity or select no preference which means it may split across, as I don’t have the heart to say which is more deserving. Thank you again for this service.”

“Following a very hard bereavement, it was a very difficult job sorting out what to keep and what to go. I could not have managed it without the knowledge of knowing that iCollect Clothes would be able to come to my home and collect everything. They do not stop at just clothes but books and lots of other items. You only have to call them and they will let you know if your items are suitable Also to be able to choose a Charity was another bonus. If you are in doubt just call them, they are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.”
