I had explained that there was a large amount of donations and had asked for them to be collected from the hall way.
The driver refused to enter the house or help me get the items to the doorway. I am an OAP and can't carry heavy loads.
I found the driver to be unhelpful and rude
There were books that were in virtually new condition and lots of the clothes were new.
Suffice it to say this was not the service l was expecting and will not use you again
