I put outside a neatly new bed with mattress which wasn't collected. I have donated 9 bags of good quality clothing along with 2 bags of shoes and handbags. However another charity is coming to collect the bed on Saturday so no worries. I jwould have appreciated you telling me if you weren't going to collect the bed.

Excellent service to a worthy cause, just a shame they can’t call ahead to let you notice, operator was very unhelpful and unwilling to listen to me suggest a call before would help, he wasn’t interested in the email I have from them saying the driver to call 30 mins before, driver was great by the wY

he did not open his mouth , never even said thankyou just picked up the bags and went. not nice , i did at lease think i would get thankyou but NOTHING bad manners.

The driver didn't even say hello he just asked me where are the bags for the collection. Appreciate the company for collecting the items.

Good communication and easy to book however I had to carry my heavy bags downstairs and the guy who had come to collect then threw them into the van and my donations went flying. I had glass and fragile item in the bags. Not impressed.

Not able to attend either of the two proposed dates. Was told collection would be between 12:45 and 14:45 today. I was home from 12:15 waiting. Then I received an email saying the collection time had been changed to between 14:00 and 16:00 (when I have to do the school run)! Nobody made any attempt to contact me to advise they were running late, or to check if the new collection time was suitable. True to form, collector arrived whilst I was on school run. I had to leave everything outside the front door and hope for the best Won't be using you again, sorry.

We take full responsibility for the bags not being collected on the requested dates however we are only in the area on Tuesday and Thursdays weekly, we can only apologise for this! Unfortunately, time slots are subject to change depending on traffic throughout the day and we cannot call every collection when the time updates as all time-slot emails are sent automatically by the system. No no apologies that was an error with reviews .The experience was amazing, good customer service.Communication was amazing and they kept the date and the time agreed.

Far too many changes of times ( about 5) for collection followed by a telephone call to say could not collect until following day. Poor reliability of collection . Was collected following day after two changes of times

Great idea for a service and really appreciate that it was picked up. Delivery man, however, was rude and ignorant and clearly upset that he had to climb stairs. Perhaps add a section to the booking form for people who live in flats or don’t want to leave clothing out in the rain so we don’t have to deal with his appalling attitude

Items where picked up on time and children bedroom ornaments also collected but box of items the could of helped someone start up a home or refugee coming into the county left but all the childs bed ornaments taking funny that isn't it someone had grandchildren in mind of them I feel

The guy was tired and questioning every box and then told us he was tired. We gave him a drink. He had a bit of a problem and asked me if I had a problem. Not donating again.

I was impressed with the service until the day of the collection as I was really pleased to be freeing up space at home while also being able to help people. However, I will never use the service again, the driver was incredibly rude - no eye contact, no return greeting, no smile or acknowledgement of any kind - he literally acted as if I wasn’t there. Unacceptable - I was really shocked and angered by it - an awful ambassador for your company.

I really do hope that the bag I left outside was picked up by you? You gave me a time of 3.15 16.00. I was home that day and at 11 am the bags I had put out were no longer there so I do hope they were collected by you
