“I observed a man and woman picking up a collection. They were incredibly unprofessional. This should have been an easy pick-up as there were 4/5 bags on the side road. Instead, what i witnessed was the man open the bag, kick the bag and then a load of expletives coming out of his mouth. We've used a similar service for clothes collections and they've always been professional. These two should never been employed in the public sphere with their lack of professionalism. The pick up was in Elstree, Hertfordshire 15th April at approx 8.35am”

“We left our box out before the specified time, clearly labelled icollectclothes but it wasn't collected, despite receiving an email to say it had been 😞 Always had very good experiences before so hopefully a one-off. We will try again next week. Thank you.”

“I had to cancel my morning booking as I had moved from the flat and previously spoke to someone saying an afternoon booking would be suitable as the flat would be vacant, understandably I was told I couldn’t be given a specific time as only a few hours prior are times slot released. I got an email saying the collection would be between 8:15 and two hours. I cancelled the collection. On the morning I got a call from someone who went on a tangent about it would be nice if I had sent a message to let them know, he wasn’t pleasant. When I said I responded he said they have nothing of the sort. I said someone by the name of Jordan responded, he said “ we have no one by the name of jordon here and proceeded to say I’ve been reaching out to lots of people and you don’t know who yove spoken too, needless to say he was extremely rude and then said I don’t have to speak to you, you get on with your day and hung up. Big fail on customer service. Screen shots attached.”

“Absolutely horrendous service. Kept changing the days and times until I got a date only after contacting them. Tracking updates given too late, put clothes out and they got taken before icollectclothes could come. I don't know why I bothered with these guys, I'll go back to the other service. Avoid! Unless you like being messed around.”

“Terribly unreliable service, back to back to back cancellations at the last minute which was super disruptive as we had a huge amount of stuff to donate and had to keep moving the things in and out of the appartment with every cancellation, finally found a local hospice near us and donated there, not to our chosen charity but atleast will help someone who needs the items. I certainly will not recommend using this service, extremely poor.”

“No did not have a bad experience just wanted u to pick the cloths up that are washed and clean and descent got to many”

“First time I used them they were great, but the couple of times I’ve been really disappointed. They change the ETA 3-4 times so you’re left staying in all day. They originally said they’d be here 8am-10am today and I’m still waiting at gone 2pm. Ruined my plans for the day.”

“Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with them. The service that I received was below the standard that I’m used to… It was supposed to be a smooth transition but instead got bombarded with calls while I was working because apparently the driver couldn’t get into my building. More like he couldn’t work a simple buzzer. The person that I spoke to on the phone was also rude so won’t be using this service again.”

“Left clothes out visibly at the end of the path. Got a message within the time window to say that someone had tried to collect / and call me but was unsuccessful. To be fair, I looked at the phone number on the booking and I had typed a digit incorrectly but I cannot understand why a) they didn't just pick up the bags or b) they didn't knock on the door of our house as we were in. Have to re-book collection.... altogether more difficult than it should be.”
