No did not have a bad experience just wanted u to pick the cloths up that are washed and clean and descent got to many

First time I used them they were great, but the couple of times I’ve been really disappointed. They change the ETA 3-4 times so you’re left staying in all day. They originally said they’d be here 8am-10am today and I’m still waiting at gone 2pm. Ruined my plans for the day.

says they only donate £200 per tonne - this is a for profit company using charity as a cover

Person who collected the stuff wasn't in the best of moods and started throwing the bags up by front door because it had been raining and he couldn't carry the bags

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with them. The service that I received was below the standard that I’m used to… It was supposed to be a smooth transition but instead got bombarded with calls while I was working because apparently the driver couldn’t get into my building. More like he couldn’t work a simple buzzer. The person that I spoke to on the phone was also rude so won’t be using this service again.

I put in 2 collection dates and each time it came back that dates where=not in order I have tried twice with different dates still no better

Left clothes out visibly at the end of the path. Got a message within the time window to say that someone had tried to collect / and call me but was unsuccessful. To be fair, I looked at the phone number on the booking and I had typed a digit incorrectly but I cannot understand why a) they didn't just pick up the bags or b) they didn't knock on the door of our house as we were in. Have to re-book collection.... altogether more difficult than it should be.

Biggest scam ever! I booked the collection, received a confirmation email, brought the bag outside by the door, received a thank you collection email only to find my bag all torn apart with all my clothes all over the pavement and street!! Horrible feeling I must say! When trying to call them they just hung up on me and the line has been busy ever after! Don’t be bothered with them, just drop your lovely old clothes at the charity shop next door!

it wont allow me to rate any lower than 1 but should be zero. staff didn't take my email down correctly, even after reading and spelling it out incredibly rude driver called 11 times before i could get through when i did call to complain, i was told if i want a response i'd have to email. you try and do something nice for charity and to help people and you're met with impolite, rude, ignorant people and a very unprofessional outfit/charity. I would recommend everyone stay clear of these people and either post of free facebook groups where you help people direct, rather than lining the pockets of charity directors (yes they do get paid very very well) and are not kept waiting for 2 hours in someone elses empty house, only to be met with such disgraceful attitudes.

The company driver was rude . Did not take any else but clothes books and cd’s. He was lazy and asked me to take out the clothes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My auntie’s belongings had to be discarded. I could have donated all her kitchen and lights etc to another chari

The delivery guy only collected a small portion of the items that I am supposed to donate. All my items are brand new stationaries and I had no problem donating the same thing on my previous donations with icollect.

The driver had a scowl on his face because i didnt answere the door right away, i had only been in a hour as my mum had a fall at 11pm and the ambulance didnt get to her till 6, so i didnt get home till after 7am, went stright to bed, i tryed to explain this to the driver why i took ages to answer the door, all he said is i dint want to know, were do i go for the bags, this attitude is disgusting, i only lost my husband last week and they were his clothes i was donating. Your driver needs to be nicer to people.
