We can collect your clothes donation from your home or your place of work, and your used/unwanted items will help raise funds for charities. Your chosen charity will receive £200 for every tonne of clothes collected.

“its is quick an efficient. I am just unsure of how my bags when collected are then sold and the funds go to my chosen charity. The bags for mixed charities are all together in the van but somehow there all allocated to a person's preferred charity. I do write my charity on the bags hoping it helps. Its just nice to know my personal things are going to the desired destination.”

“Thank you for keeping me informed of collection time etc. The good were collected as promised- as it was raining, the courier did not knock at door- although invited to do so.”

“I was disappointed that I received 4 notifications for the pickup - thus meant that I had to rearrange visit to opticians. However the person who collected the items was very pleasant. Won’t hesitate to donate here again. Thank you.”

“very easy to book, but the person that just came to collect wasn't friendly at all and just threw the bags around without any care. there are similar previous reviews about the personnel that collect the goods.”

“Easy to arrange, and a wonderful charity, bur when I told the driver there were breakable items in the bags, he continued to just throw them into the back. I would use again for ease, but even when I warned him, it did not seem to matter. Now feel like some of those items should not have been sent if they are treated like that. Next time I will only be sending soft items.”

“The idea of the service is very good, but the actual reality of the pickup doesn't work very well. The night before (quite late), they told me when my collection person would be coming - the time didn't work for me as I was going to be on work calls, so I left all of my bags with reception and sent collection instructions to the email address as advised by iCollect. However, none of the instructions were followed, I was interrupted during my work meetings several times with calls from iCollect, and ultimately had to go down and collect the bags from reception myself and hand them over to the driver (who hadn't even asked the reception for the bags as I told them to do during the several calls already made earlier in this exchange), and had to leave in the middle of a meeting to do so. Pretty frustrating, but I'm glad to have been able to donate my stuff. Just make sure you're 100% free the day you schedule for collection.”

“They driver that came on the 25th may was rude plus he looked like someone force him to work.also he looked like he didn't know what items they are collecting . everytime he was collecting he was shaking his head and huff and puff every few minutes.”

“What is the point leaving a message for where the bags will be left if the driver doesnt read it luckly i was just about to go out when he turned up otherwise they wouldnt have been collected”

“My donation was never collected, but I got an email saying it was! I had to get my car and drive to a different shop, but spotted the driver on the way there. The driver was kind though.”

“Quick service and good communication to let you know when to expect collection. However, they took away my two laundry baskets that I’d placed all the black bin bags in to stop them getting wet on the ground. Do now I need to go out and buy new laundry baskets.”
